I get it, it's a pretzel stand in the mall. But c'mon! Why you ain't got no pretzel dogs ready? EVER?! Every dang time! Always a 10-20 minute wait. Get it together! Are they that rarely ordered? Do they have a finite shelf life? Is there a vortex that opens to another dimension that only pretzel dogs can travel through? Jeez....but man they are good, hence 3 stars.
Was at the Auntie Anne's close to Dillards on Monday afternoon 8/19/2019. I love the pretzels, but this particular afternoon the service was sub par. Three young men working, no line and barely anything ready. So I ordered what was available.,got to my destination and the pretzels were hard, not fresh. Drove by up there and the 18 year old manager was very nasty and did not want to replace the order. I have nothing against young people working, but when there are 3 youngsters...read full review

PERFECTLY MADE. SO DELICIOUS AND WAS DEFINITELY A THROWBACK. the sweet almond was a childhood favorite of mine and reminded me of when I would go to the mall with my family. I have moved from my family but this pretzel brought back many nostalgic memories. The pretzel was warm, fluffy and delicious. Whenever I am at the mall and craving something that tastes like childhood I will stop by and get a pretzel!
