I’m only complaining about the fact that they have shredded the Al pastor chicken so you don’t really get any chicken just sauce. With the small amount of meat they give you, it should not be shredded especially for the price. Don’t pile a bunch of rice in the bowl with a dollop of meat. Come on now…Let’s do better!!!

Worst smelling chipotle I’ve ever walked into. For the price of the food, the quality was subpar. Rice underdone and chicken cold.Staff weren’t friendly either. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Hanley Rd and Downtown Clayton locations always seem to mess up the online order. Sometimes in-person experience also leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Had 5 orders and 4 had 1 to 3 items (no pattern, just random items) missing from the order. It is not the first time and unfortunately these locations are closest to us. Manchester location is a small drive but thousand times better. Sharing one picture of veggie bowl order that had lettuce and Gauc missing. Reaching out for help over app involves chatting with Pepper (chatbot) and it gives some free drinks and entrees. What about returning my money (bad product) and tip that the staff did nothing to earn. Very disappointment.

Staff was unfriendly and then overcharged me $5 on what should have been an $11 bill. They argued with me for several minutes when I pointed it out and gave me extra chips instead of refunding. Will not be back.

I travel all over the Midwest. This chipotle was very tidy and clean, staff was organized and efficient. Extremely polite. Thankful to have stopped here for lunch!
I am not sure how they manage to mess up their recipe so much. I have tried them at least 4 times before coming to this conclusion.Please avoid going there unless you have absolutely no other option.

Gotta love Chipotle! My favorite fast food ! Fast food that is fresh and healthy! I enjoy the carnitas bowl . My family and I have to eat Gluten Free so eating there minus the wrap is great!. The service is fast and friendly. This is a busy location and my wife and I have been here many times over the years and always enjoy it. We live in Illinois but our medical and dental care is all in St Louis. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. There is ample parking but it can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle . This is our go to place while running errands in St Louis!

I give this qboba ZERO stars. customer service was poor and the manager was rude they did not give me and my sister full portions. they must a big catering order or something that is not my problem I spent 31 dollars on TWO NACHOS ! being charged for Two Haft of Scoop of sauces and the food is cold we have been eating her for year this sad. I don't appreciate how we have been trenched and how my money has be spent.
