The food was good but the last 6 times I ordered from Firehouse they forgot to put the 2 bags of chips I ordered. BE PREPARED TO NOT GET YOUR FULL ORDER WHEN YOU WHEN YOU GET IT DELIVERED. I am done with Firehouse subs!

I placed an order for delivery for 2 sandwiches with no deli mustard, and I wanted to substitute for honey mustard, but there wasn't an option in the delivery app, so I called them. I asked if they could do me a favor and put honey mustard on my sandwiches instead and they said they would, however as soon as they closed I got a message that my order had been canceled by support. I then called support and asked why my order was canceled an hour after placing it, and they said it was because they were unable to make my sandwiches. That seems to be false because when I called the store, they seemed happy to oblige. This is not the first review. I've had to write a review for canceled orders 30 minutes after I've placed the order. This time, they had a chance to communicate the issue and did not. Communication goes a long way and would've been more understanding if they would have been transparent with me. Also if you don't want to take deliveries past 8 because you close at 9 then you need to update ubereats so it is reflected because when it's not it just looks lazy.

Receipt from order was 12:04 pm. Didn’t get food til after 12:30 pm and one of the two sandwiches was wrong and it took another 10 minutes for them to remake it. No apology and the staff was doing nothing to make anyone happy. There seemed to be several online orders that backed everything up in store, but they went at least 15 minutes between getting out in store orders. Will not be back - 40 minutes for 2 carry out sub sandwiches? Pass.

No go for me. Every Firehouse I've been too greet you when you enter not this one. Bread on sandwiches mixed up and steak not hot. Soda machine dirty and soda goes everywhere. Maybe they'll get better in the future but for me no go. The manager tried to give me cookie coupons but I'm good on that. And I refuse to have my order remade because the trust is over after the first time you make it.
Poor customer service and seen mold on the bread they tried selling me.

We order from this location quite often,the staff is friendly the establishment is clean however I always order no tomatoes on my salad and they always add them. Today 6/9/23 we order 2 salads and they were badly made, there was such a small amount of lettuce on both that it was ridiculous, and again there were tomatoes. granted it was about 6:15 and they close at 7 but nevertheless that's no excuse It looked as if they split what little lettucethey had between the two salads. very very disappointing.

I had a horrible experience at the Richmond Hts. Location. I called later and asked to speak with the manager, who stated that she observed the situation. I asked her why she didn’t do anything to stop the employee from verbally abusing me? She became defensive and stated I had no business questioning her management. I asked to speak with the store owner and she hung up on me.

Love their sandwiches. I'd recommend getting a new sandwich each time as they are all surprisingly delicious. Takes about 5-8 mins to complete so the line moves pretty fast when there is one.Kid-friendliness: I think you can get your kid a toy firemans helemt like those little paper crowns at BK
