Had no idea this place existed. Decided to stop and happy we did. Atmosphere was great, service was perfect. Food was excellent. Prime rib had excellent flavor. I thought price was okay for the food and service we recipient. We will be back to try more items.

We were excited to try a new BBQ restaurant. When we arrived, there was no smell of BBQ or steaks in or around the building. We were seated in a booth and asked for our drink order, there was no drink menu. When I asked for one, I was told that they were “re-vamping” them. The third time our server asked about drinks, they offered to find the old menu for us to order from. I declined. I ordered the BBQ combo platter with Ribs, Brisket and Burnt ends and sides of cheesy corn and slaw. The meat was awful. All of it. I pointed out that there was no smoke ring at all on the brisket and the server seemed to understand that I was not impressed. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, although I was reassured that “they really do cook the brisket in a smoker”. Paid and left eating less than 1/3 of what we were served. The quality was what you’d expect from hospital food. I’ve eaten at many BBQ establishments all over KC and the Midwest. This place was by FAR the worst I have ever had. Save your time and money, go eat somewhere else….anywhere else.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!My wife, my young daughter and I ate at the Branded Steakhouse this evening 3-8-24.Most of the food is phenomenal! I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and the mac&cheese. The cut was perfect on the prime. The potatoes were real and the gravy was stellar! The mac&cheese unfortunately fell short of the standard of any real steak house. My wife got a pork&pickle sandwich. She was satisfied My daughter got a grilled cheese with fries. She was satisfied. Although the butter was not great with the breas we got. Now for the service. The service was so far below standard that it ruined my experience. Other tables in other sections were getting their drinks and rolls mere moments after ordering. We weren't so lucky. We waited for what seemed like 10 minutes between drinks and rolls. It took nearly 20 minutes before we were even asked for our order. The waitress had zero drive to engage with us or try to up sell anything. It was so rushed i didn't get a chance to order an appetizer. She really missed an opportunity to help the business. Once we got our order the waitress seemed slightly more attentive to us than before, but did nothing to make us feel welcome. We got the "how is everything?" And she was walking away before we could respond. The hostess was sub par as well. She couldn't find us a high chair, and forgot our kids menu. She was continually going to another customers table and eating off their table(I assume she knew them) then returning to her station without washing her hands. She was even handing out rolled silverware after licking her fingers! There is a DESPERATE need for training and oversight. If you're going to charge prime prices for prime food, have prime service! We would love to support your business, but won't if the service doesn't improve.Kid-friendliness: Couldn't provide a high chair and forgot to give us a kids menu. There were no changing tables in the restroom, and my wife had to change a diaper on the floor of the stall.

Great food, nice fun clean place. Called ahead for seating of 10. Great server, fast service, freshly made food and desserts. Fried pickles, fried onion rings, Sirloin steak (was ok), catfish, chopped steak, salmon, bar b que platter, chicken fingers all good

Had heard this was a good steakhouse. My wife and I had high hopes. Unfortunately we were disappointed. When you pay $38.99 for a ribeye you would think it would be great. Neither my steak or my wife's KC strip were warm at all by the time it was brought to us. We drove 30 minutes to get there and won't be going back. Our salads ended up being the best part of the meal. The waitress said she would take them back to be fixed. Since we already had waited 40 minutes we said no. The place looked nice inside, but the food was a let down.

I think it’s overpriced for what it is… and no it’s not that expensive. The meat is just dry and that’s upsetting when you pay $20 for the platter. The brisket is the driest brisket I’ve ever had.The sides are good. This place was meh.

I purchased three ticket thorugh EventBrite for the Chris Cagle concerton 12-31-23 forthe Branded Steakhouse Oink and & Moo BBQ. The event details had listed threre would be FOOD and alcohol sales on site. The concert had a start time of 7pm with ONE opening band listed. I had confirmed these details, including whether or not the concert was indoors or outdoors, because the venue's/restaurant website only spoke of the outdoor venue. I was messaged back on Facebook from the restaurant that it was indoors with food and drink available for purchase. We showed up a little past 7pm to an opening band playing on stage. There was NO FOOD available (as promised), not even snacks and the restaurant was futher down the strip mall and NOT OPEN! The bar selection was EXTREMELY LIMITED, so we only had one drink each. The first band was a decent cover band, had the crowd engaged, however there was a second opening band and they were AWFUL! The host of the event had introduced them on stage, apparently a huge fan of them? More than half of the browd left the show; our hotel was a 30 minute drive from the venue, so we stayed. It was not clear if we would be allowed back in either. The horrendous second band finally stopped the torture just before 10pm. There was NO MUSIC, not even background music, nor anything to do at this venue for more than an hour after the second band finished. Still we waited to see the headliner we had driven 8 hours to see, there was no announcements made as to when Cagle would make his appearnace and the venue staff was unhelpful to answer questions. It was 11:15pm when we decided to leave, without seeing the concert we paid $212 to see! The staff had opened the front doors, not sure why since it was the middle of winter and most of the guests had left, but it was VERY FRIGID, also contributed to our decision to wait no more!I contacted the concert hall/restaurant immediately that same night because I was still interested in seeing the show and would have possibly returned to do so after warming up, however NO RESPONSE!Almost TWO MONTHS LATER and still NO RESPONSE! NO APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATIONS, NO EXCUSES, NO REFUND!

Our time there was about 3.5 hours, we had to wait multiple times for drinks, almost an hour and a half for our food. 45 minutes for appetizers. I've had way better BBQ. Very dry, not

Another meal at the Branded with a friend, she had chicken fried steak and i had a smoked turkey and bacon with a avacado sandwich that was excellent. I always forget to take pics which is really sad because if you could see how amazing their food presetation is, I'm pretty sure you would come try it. Food is always really really good and so is the service. I'll try to remember pics next time, because there def will be a next time!
