The staff was kind and friendly. The curly fries I got were very over done. My daughters crinkle fries were just coated in salt. They did remake hers for her when we asked. And were very polite about it. My beef and cheddar was put together very sloppily. All the meat and cheddar were to one side.
Some of the friendliest service I've received from any Arby's, which is saying something because Arby's has always had kind service for me, regardless of location. It sounds like a silly thing to be pleased about, but they made sure my name was spelled correctly on the order - I have a less common spelling for my name, and many just assume the most common spelling for it. The service was very good and the time in drive thru was fast. However the quality of the mac and cheese bites was terrible. I spend a $3.59 for 4 overcooked (almost burnt), non-flavorful item. I've had them at other chain restaurants who were much better, specifically White Castle. Since it was lunch I didn't have time to take them back and it is just too much hassle dealing with this.
