Great place to eat. Always super fast, but even more friendly. Each time I see a new person they’re just as nice. Sandwiches are consistent. And the team wants you to have rewards and use them. Great experience

Tonight my sandwich was dripping with sauce so much so, the baggett was soggy. Mmmm!I've ate here since they opened years ago. They used to be freaky fast and freaky good. Now the service has slowed down significantly. I remember circa 2015-2016 going in and they would time themselves how fast and accurately make a sandwich. Sub 10 seconds most of the time I witnessed the compition.Now it's a wait. The food is what it is. Sandwiches period are what they are anywhere.Bring back the old days!

Today was they worst sandwich I ever had. $26 for a Giant beach club with a cookie. The sandwich was terrible an it took 35 minutes to be delivered less than a mile away. Only reason you get two stars today is because the cookie was ok.

Terrible sandwich, I paid over $30 for two subs and they didn't even taste good. decent service but took over 15-20 minutes after I was told my order was ready to be picked up. Very polite crew though! ...oh yeah and an amazing cookie!Parking: It was very tight and uncomfortable.

Kind staff (as usual at Jimmy’s), clean restaurant and bathrooms. As usual, super fresh bread and sandwiches. So nice to stop and have a quick lunch that isn’t greasy or fried. Recommended!

Hit or miss. Sometimes you get 5 stars across the board, and sometimes you get get less. Foods generally good and service is pretty decent too. I have had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for an online order, so there's that. I have also ordered at drive thru and had food in 5 minutes. It's whatever.
Food is ok, but it’s hard to eat potato salad with no fork, and idk what happened to the soda. At $20 meal plus delivery plus tip..

I drove through Jimmy John’s in Rolla. I have always had great food there until today. I ordered my usual Little John Tom turkey with added guacamole. This sandwich today was pitiful. Very little meat at all. Very disappointing.

I don’t understand how you can mess up someone’s order. Literally all you do is hear the order and make the damn sandwich it’s literally not hard. Ordered a beach club through the drive through and nobody else was behind me or in front of me so it’s impossible they got it mixed up. Being that I ordered it through the drive through of course when I got home 15 minutes away I open it up to find out that their one job that is literally IMPOSSIBLE to mess up was messed up. Scumbags
