The store was really dirty. The employee that took our order took it, and before I even ran my card, she took off. We were missing items 4 different times. Maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. I will give them another chance.

KFC is my absolute favourite. I eat at it all the time with my family.. recently, however, my latest experience with this particular KFC was disappointing.. It was good once.. but even though it still smells just as good now the food is dry and unseasoned, and the cleanliness of the lobby normally lacks pretty badly. Service is still very good. I think that's it's only redeeming feature.

This KFC is disgusting. We bought a meal that came with biscuits, and they told us that they had no more biscuits left and that they had to make more. So we waited and they practically threw the box of biscuits at us when we got them. So we go back in the car and open it up. It was just basically balls of dough. Not even barely cooked, and it looks like they smashed them. So we go back in and ask for the manager, she comes over and asks us rudely what the problem was. We told her what was wrong and she went to the back and got us the biscuits. Like she couldn't have just give us those and cook the other ones?? We called corporate and hopefully they resolve the issue with those rude employees.

The people working there are morons. Don't plan on a quick trip to KFC. I've been here 3 times and twice I've had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Get a new manager, one that can run things efficiently with out making people wait for 15 minutes. Im not the only one waiting either. What's really sad is that nothing will be done about it. I looked at the reviews they are all similar bad staff.

I ordered an 8 piece bucket of reg chicken from the ap.Go home and after opening the container for dinner, 2 of the 8 pieces were pretty good sized, but both thighs and legs were really punny.I guess they figure you will be taking the chicken home and dont check the sizes when picking up.Sad....really sad.Ordered via on line and picked up at 12:40 on 2-03-2024.

No biscuits! I asked for light meat not dark got 2 thighs and a leg for a 2 piece deal because no biscuits. Also wanted extra crispy but got original. The server was nice but got my order wrong. I would've been happy with just one breast instead of extra price of chicken in substition for of lack of biscuit. Anyways the place was clean. No I didn't complain because I know better. I would give absolutely zeros if I could. The staff is horrible. Completely horrible. If they don’t like their job maybe they should find a new one. Also why is there people not in uniform in the back? Why is the employees bragging about smoking weed. Place has gone down hill fast. Save yourself.

Every time I have tried this restaurant, the food is over cooked and is cold. I keep going back hoping it will be better but it never is. Tonight, I was handed my food in a Wal-Mart bag. Who owns this franchise? The owner needs to clean house!
