I can never figure out their menu. To me it makes no sense.Food is good enough but I never know what I'll end up with.

Service is terrible. Initially won't even accept the fact they served me a wrong order which I had ordered online. Only after I kept on insisting did they take back the incorrect order and served me the correct one but that too without the sides which they always offer like chips/apple (I believe the prices for that is always included in the online payment). A terrible experience! Will never go back to Panera again, and will also suggest others to stay away form this place.

I've been in many times to work on my laptop. It's always dirty, trashcans backed up, the dining area is dirty, the staff seem put out by customers, and multiple times my order has been wrong.

The men's restroom is disgusting. You should be ashamed.
There wasn't a greeting, there wasn't any customer service, the short face tattooed employee was rude and disrespectful to the couple in front of me... causing both the couple and myself to walk out without ordering.
Horrible customer service. Ordered coffee amongst other things, they apparently didn't ring it up and then looked at us sideways asking for our cups. Ordered one kind of breakfast item and they just gave us a different one didn't even tell us. Then acted like we were the problem. Absolutely

Went through drive through. A little confused on how the pick any two worked and the employee tried to help explain to us. The food was amazing! The service was a little slow and lacked the Communication and interaction but overall a good
