Opted in for text updates. 45 minutes later not one update I call the store and end up on hold. 1 hour after ordering, and still on hold my food arrives randomly and one of the pizzas isn't even right. Other then that it was mid tier pizza as youd expect from any chain pizza joint. Order from one of the others in town and dont bother with this place

We haven't ordered from for awhile, but tried again. Pizza was lukewarm at best (the tracker on my phone did not work for the order) so I just came to pick up in 15 min. The guy couldn't find our order & then saw it just sitting on a counter...not even kept warm. Bare minimum amount of toppings, some slices had only 1 piece of pepperoni or sausage or none at all. And no one said thank you or anything. Wow. Not trying to be mean...but when the Pizza is far from great & the people act like they could care less....just not worth it.

Too bad you have to leave at least one star. Took over an hour for delivery, one pizza was entirely wrong, even tho the sticker on the box clearly said what it was supposed to be. They forgot the popcorn chicken completely. Said they would go get it... 1.5 hours later, finally came.. no apologies, no nothing, no credit, no coupons.. LAST TIME EVER.. Not that I even liked their pizza anyways. $52 bucks, and only 2 pieces got ate. TRASH
Reliably good food when I am in Joplin. I have tummy issues due to a missing gallbladder, but I can eat a Papa John’s pizza with Ranch Dressing and grilled chicken day and night with no issues. It’s a lifesaver for me when I travel.
