We stopped in the drive up. Placed our order. And waited, and waited, and waited, 25 min. later we got our cold food. I watched our server text and text. While our sack of food sat there in our site. Worst restaurant in town. Workers just don’t care at all. Save your money. Service and food is not worth it . Very disappointed. Not the first time, it is the last time.

I wasn't expecting to put in my own order nor was I expecting to be asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Seriously? The fries were absolutely not crispy enough and my sandwich should have been cut in two.

This isn't steak n shake any longer. Now the only sell burgers, fries, and drinks. And it's all self service. I missed the food so we found one still open for business, well bye bye steak n shake. I'll never go back. Why on this app they ask what I ordered is beyond me. Almost everything listed is discontinued.

I was excited to find a Steak n Shake on my drive, but was so disappointed. Self order kiosks, self serve drinks, zero staff interaction. No waitresses. Pick up your food at counter when cooked. And the ordering system wanted a tip... for doing what? Not a fan of this business model.

Two adult meals and one kids meal for $50 and there is no staff besides the kitchen staff. Kiosk only ordering, what a joke. Cold food. Will not be going back and would not recommend.
