When I went to take a bite out of mine, I noticed mold near my thumb on the bottom of the bun. Needless to say, neither of us decided to eat our food considering the buns were most likely in the same pack.

During our girls' getaway to Saint Charles, we were fortunate to be there on a day when an 86 degree day, in February, broke a record! We had been shopping for hours and saw Braddens offered outdoor dining. The three of us stopped by around 2 p.m. We were promptly seated and given menus.The patio was comfortable and still quite busy with diners. We ordered toasted ravioli for an appetizer. It was really tasty, served hot and fresh with marinara sauce. The menu offers a nice variety and there was also a daily special. My mom and our friend ordered the special, a stuffed grilled cheese. They really enjoyed the sandwiches. My friend loved her sweet potato fries.I ordered a French dip sandwich with provolone. It was very good. I did run out of au jus and asked for more, which I didn't receive. Not a huge deal, but I also asked for something earlier and didn't get it either, otherwise the service would have been 5 stars.The homemade chips were tasty and with such a large serving, we finished them later as a snack. We will definitely stop by Braddens on our next visit. We also bought two servings of peach cobbler to go, it was delicious!

My chicken salad included celery & apples in a Mayo base. Husband's hot ham was gorgeous, rich and tasty.Coconut Cream Pie! Tender, flakey crust of just the right thickness. Creamy, rich, flavorful custard topped with satisfying whipped cream-type topping.Peach Cobbler. Oh! My! Goodness! Flavor and quality beyond what you always hope for and rarely get in restaurant desserts.
We came in and shared a bunch of appetizers. The lobster Rangoon was good. The guacamole bites were good, but be prepared, they pack heat! My favorite was the stuffed portabello mushrooms. They were amazing. Well worth the visit!

Bradden's is always a "go to" restaurant for me. By far the best lobster bisque. I actually went out of my comfort zone and had my Rueben sandwich as a wrap. I was pleasantly surprised! How tasty. I do wish they would bring back their hot bacon dressing. It was the bomb! I know in the past they have been short staffed, but we had terrific service over the holidays.

Great experience! Our food from the appetizers to dessert was delicious. All the staff we interacted with were nice and welcoming, & our server Debbie was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Me and my husband came to have drinks and appetizers in the bar and the bartender said she would not do food. Unacceptable! Our only night out in forever and we have to put up with this. Such a shame. Guess we are going elsewhere from now on.

Always a treat to dine here. Great atmosphere, good food and always fantastic service. It does get a little crowded and sometimes noisy with larger parties, but that's to be expected. It's definitely worth it for the food.
I came here after work alone to enjoy a nice meal in a small business in the historic section of the town I was born in, and wasn't at all disappointed. The service was fast comparatively speaking, though I imagine it was due to the small traffic at the time. I believe something to entertain yourself with at the table would help this for them when busier. The ambiance was that of a small cottage, because that's exactly what it is; one that's nearly 200 years old. With that being said, it wasn't too cramped and being able to see into the kitchen where my food is prepared was a nice touch. That food being obviously fresh from the moment I looked at it. I had their signature burger and a German Chocolate cake though the cake was unfortunately underwhelming: I did not like the flavor of some it as it wasn't what I expected or taste buds appreciated. I recommend coming here as a couple, and definitely at night for dinner: Main Street is beautiful when lit up in the winter.

Questioned a credit card surcharge when we had paid cash. Waitress was rude when questioned and walked away saying "theres a first time for everything." Spoke to the manager and she was incredibly rude from the get. Kept saying it was their system. If so then ASK if youre paying with cash before processing the bill. Couldnt tell where the money went and kept blaming the credit card company. Ive been in retail for over 20 yrs and thats a crock! Will NEVER go back here and have never been treated so rudely. By the way, the money was incidental..the issue was the lame explanation and the manner in which it was presented
