Marc was the cashier at self check out. I want to note that and he was very kind he noticed my milk was leaking as I went to put it in a bag and then he continually helped me clean it up. Marc even helped me bag the rest of my items. Then he watched my cart so I could go grab another milk. You always get great service here by every staff member. The store is always super clean, neat, as well as well organized!

hamburgers and sliders from the butcher at Zumbehl tasted tough and chewy as shoe leather. also no more egg hamburger and hot dog buns---bummer

I normally prefer Dierbergs over Schnucks any day but this was kind of disgusting. Beware of the family pack of meat because why are they selling so much meat at a cheap price. This wasn't even a cheap price ground shock for 479 a pound. But when we went to split it into packages you could see it looked like fresh ground beef wrapped around old meat. You be the judge but I'm not touching it. Just purchased it today - returning it tomorrow.

This is a shout-out to Dierbergs Pharmacy. Several years ago, our family used that ubiquitous drug store pharmacy where you can get overpriced seasonal candies and gifts, snacks, and even a passport photo. But the wait was always long and the service was impersonal. When insurance told us we had to switch, initially I thought this would be an inconvenience. Boy, was I wrong. My Dierbergs pharmacy provides excellent customer service. Their staff has remained consistent; they know me and my Personal Assistant (aka Hubby) by name. Any time I call with a question or concern, they are friendly and professional. Ordering by phone using the automated system is super easy. I believe one can also order online through their website (I used to do that), but I prefer the phone system. There's rarely any waiting, and you can just continue your grocery shopping. Since I make frequent use of their services, I have seen them demonstrate that their goal is to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Thank you to the wonderful team at Dierbergs Pharmacy. Better living through chemicals, taken as prescribed of course.
