Your food is good but the person who packs it for takeout is not smart. I don’t understand why you package hot tatertots in a sealed plastic container. When you got to eat it you find the tots have been steamed and are not crispy at all. They were gross. Choose a better way to package your food so it doesn’t end up getting thrown in the trash.Edit.They replied asking me to email them to discuss it. I emailed them and have gotten no response. The below response by owner was just to look better here and not to fix the obvious problem with the restaurant.
