1 sausage pizza and a salad with an extra egg and crispy chicken...pretty simple order and my house is only 7 minutes from the store... with tip total was just under $50.. after a long day of delivering almost 400 packages, I WAS very excited for my imos UNTIL...Took over an hour to get here which is typically just fine buuutt...Pizza had absolutely no sauce on it and was ice cold by the time it got here and was completely thrown all over the box because it was so cold and the delivery driver apparently is a rally car driverNow onto the salad... wrong size, only came with one egg instead of 2, and the crispy chick might as well have been cardboard it was soo burnt. Then I call to complain after waiting for 15 minutes to get someone on the phone the employee can't take criticism and ends up hanging up on meWorst imos experience ever!!! Never order pizza from here.. needs an entire new staff!! If I could give negative stars I would

There was unfortunately a fly smashed into the bread. It was revolting. A credit was given, but the conversation was 30 seconds no questions asked. Just interesting.. be warned…

Worst place to get pizza from order pizza that deliver to the wrong address then they leave it out in the snow and your neighbor called to say hey your pizza is over here then you call the store and the managers is rudess can be I will never use imo's again

I am so disappointed in my pizza tonight I normally go to Imos on the Hill but I’ve ordered the exact same pizza on 1st Capital and it’s always a 12’double sausage and tonight it wasn’t a double if anything it was a single sausage and the manager Payton started arguing with me, I know what a double sausage pizza looks like, I refuse to eat there again , I’ll go on the Hill where they know what a double sausage pizza is, $13.00 for a single sausage pizza is a RIPOFF

Imos is my favorite pizza in STL along with the toasted ravs and for dessert I get the cinnamos WoooooWeeeeee!!!! Soo Gooddd!! And the people who work there are always so friendly! Thanks imos! LGB
I'm really sick of calling and can't get a delivery and they aren't even closed if your going to stop delivered service post-it It's really not realistic that people want to get out and I don't drive so I guess I'm not going to be ordering imos
I love Imos and have been enjoying it all my life until today.This was by far the worse Imos maybe even the worst pizza I've ever had.First off it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a while.Now I paid 30 dollars for one xl two topping pizza including a tip.This pizza had no flavor at all, barely any toppings at alland the cheese was almost non-existent.So dissatisfied and disappointed.UpdateManager reached out to me and addressed the issue.I appreciated the callback and him taking the time to make it better.Thank you Tim

Some friends and I ordered a trio for dine-in. Not busy. The dining area was clean and there was plenty of seating. Staff were nice. The bread, ravioli, and pizza were hot and fresh. We enjoyed it!

I had pizza there with my son Joseph and it was great. We also had toasted raviolis as a side. All of it was great haven't been to imo's in a long time and I'm glad I went back.
