This bakery is a bread lovers dream. You have to show up early if you want to get your pick. The sourdough bread... made daily, fresh and delicious and you get a choice of shapes to suit your crust preference. The viennoiserie was perfect as well. The buttery layers just melt in your mouth. Holy moly, I tried their croissant and it was like biting into heaven. I could immediately tell this was Parisian grass pastry by the crispy exterior and soft pastry interior. The owner was also very nice and explained all the different pastries!! We are definitely coming back!!
