Absolutely loved this coffee shop! I had a latte and went back the next day to grab another on my way out of town. It is a little more on the acidic side of roasting though. The staff was fabulous! Food looked good but didn’t purchase. The ideal atmosphere to relax and read a book for a while or to meet up with friends. Fairly vegan/vegetarian friendly as well!! I always get a matcha which, despite being a bit chunky, is always delicious! (Using a strainer to sift the matcha powder through before whisking it in the water would fix that chunk problem.) I bounce between both locations, the staff is always wonderful and friendly. I frequently chat with Nicholas and he is a blast!

If I could give a zero I would. We pre-ordered muffins and scones for a company breakfast the afternoon before, received confirmation, and when we went to pick it up, the rude server told us someone came in and bought all the pastries, so she did not have our order. We were told it was first-come, first-served and we were out of luck. Will NEVER go back there.

Wonderful spot on Beale Street! So many coffee drink selections plus smoothies, frappes, wine and more! Excellent spot to gather or just work for a few hours. Decent menu of food items mostly catering to breakfast and lunch type foods. I enjoyed a chai latte on my visit. It was delicious! Service was quick even though they were crowded with limited places to sit when I stopped in. They were also very nice and just on it!

Came here looking for a coffee place and a place that took Apple Pay as I lost my wallet. Greeted by super friendly staff. Plus is they have sugar free flavorings besides vanilla. I ordered the Monas snickers all sugar free with oat milk, blended. Yummy! I also ordered a tuna sandwich that was very good. Will be back

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop, and I've tried so many. The atmosphere, coffee, and staff is amazing. I love their whole bean coffee too, especially their ethiopian! i've never had a bad experience, and I've been at least 50 times.

I absolutely love Picasso's! Everything I have ordered so far has always tasted excellent, and their staff is so friendly. It also has an amazing atmosphere and is a great place to hangout or read.Definitely try one of their assortment of specialty mochas while you're there!

Such wonderful staff, drinks, atmosphere, food to order and pastries, and whole bean coffee (I would guess I've bought almost 100 bags of decaf Highlander Grogg over the years). Perfect place to stop in a hurry and to stay if not.
