I plan to give this bakery another try, but I was mildly disappointed on first impression.The poptarts were way too sweet! The very centers were minimally filled. It was like eating shockingly sweet icing on pie crust. I couldn't even differentiate between the flavors. I was not impressed, especially not for the price being higher than some of the nation's most expensive city bakeries.The other two items I ordered were great. Still a little too sweet, but better balanced than the poptarts.

Today was my sister in-law’s 70th Birthday and on a last minute cake shopping this bakery was referred to me.I needed a cake big enough for 6 to 8 people and luckily there was a 6 inch chocolate mousse which happened to be the only one they had.I’m glad i got the cake and it was a big hit with everyone at the party. Specially with the birthday girl which she originally didn’t want a cake for her party.I saw a few delicious looking muffins and pastries that will try to get next time going there.

Finally a good Bakery! Their cheese cakes are sweet and heavy enough to share a small one with another person. We picked up an assortment of goodies for a small party, everyone LOVED the Cheesecake, Gooey Butter tart with Raspberries and the brownies.We tried their cupcakes a couple times and they are okay, best if consumed the day of purchase. After a day or 2 they are dry.

We used Piece of Cake Bakery for our gender reveal and are so glad we did! They responded to my inquiry within a day (unlike the other bakeries who took a week). Amazing cake!! I called less than a week prior to when we needed it for our daughter's first birthday and they were able to accommodate us! She absolutely loved the lemon raspberry and so did we! Had a few days it was the best cake they've had. Will definitely be back for more!

One of the best bakery's in the area.. the cinnamon Bundt cake is to die for.. just got out 10 year anniversary cake from them, can't wait to try it

For special occasions, I typically go to a bakery in Dogtown that did our wedding cake. This bakery is the only one in SCC that can compete, so glad we found it! I've only ordered cupcakes so far, but I wouldn't hesitate to order other items. They have unusual flavor combinations in some of their items, and they WORK! The cupcakes are beautiful too with pretty garnishes. You can tell they have a passion for their work and have attention to detail. They can "run with the big dogs" in the city :-)

I was there for the first time today. I had the best chocolate coconut cake (it has a special name but I forgot it)!!!! I do not even like coconut but this is my new favorite!!! I wish I could give 100 stars. It was amazing and it was not a tiny portion. Excellent pricing too!!!
