Terrible service. Food was not ready quickly. Cooking area was disgusting. Trash was overflowing. There was a burger pattie on the floor. Fries under the fryer. They did not give ketchup or napkins. I had to go into the store because they did not include the juice for their kid’s meal. Got home, and they did not count the correct number of nuggets. I paid for 6; they gave 4.It was not busy at 11:45am on a Saturday. It was evident that the GM, Jason Phillips, allows workers to not clean or be held accountable. I will never return to this store. I cannot discourage someone from going to this store enough!!!

My mom and I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, with one only having ketchup, and a frozen coke. Seems pretty simple right? Well they gave us two whoppers, instead of our cheeseburgers, that we didn’t ask for, and when we asked if they had the same toppings from our cheeseburgers, the person at the window said that they did. When we checked the order, it was 2 regular whoppers with all of their toppings. This has been a repeating occurrence where either they mess up our order or they are completely out of something and don’t tell you until you’re at the window. Do better, Burger King.

Got me a double whopper w/cheese on it with some fries. Just absolutely great. This thing was huge! Been a BK fan since early 1970's. Stop in to one and enjoy gorging yourself. DO IT "YOUR WAY!!?? ?✌️??

Food is great! The fries are always hot and fresh, the whopper is great! Ordered a family bundle and everything was fresh and delicious! With new management and outstanding staff, they really know what they are doing and making things right. Ordered Chicken sandwich and it was awesome! Customer satisfaction guaranteed! Highly recommend this Burger King! I love it!

Corporate office should know how bad this Burger King is. It should be shut down!We waited 25 minutes at 10:30am for two burgers! We watched outside the window as customers were leaving the drive thru. When we finally got our food one burger wasn't even cooked! It was a frozen Pattie!When I brought the burger to the counter and showed the worker another worker with short dark hair started yelling at me! I quietly told her to never yell at me like that again. Then I turned my attention back to the worker I was talking to.I wish the health department would have been there! There was food on the floors, people were standing because the tables hadn’t been cleaned. No condiments or tea drinks set out, no napkins. The bathroom was well…gross! And to top it all off the broken dirty faucet that nobody had fixed in the ladies bathroom left a nice gash in my hand and a bloody mess for them to clean up once they decide to clean the bathrooms.The employees were complaining about one another, bringing drama into the work environment. Two employees (two girls) were making loud hissy fit over management and hours. Just all in all a big fat zero for my review. I have no problem spreading the word not to go to this dump!

I love coming in here to see miss Maria she really is a super hero I have witnessed her run the restaurant alone which includes drive thru lobby cooking n cleaning she don’t buckle under pressure and her bubbly spirit makes for a great experience when coming in for a nice hot breakfast she greets people by name and don’t treat us as “customers” she is amazing to say the least n makes sure the orders r accurate n goes above n beyond
