The employees are very friendly. The food is good. Today they had a major problem with order accuracy. Our order was carryout, when I got home there was a fry missing. I drove back to the restaurant and the fry was cheerfully replaced. Once I returned home I opened the strawberry fields salad to find there were no strawberries on the salad. Not one single strawberry on a salad called strawberry fields salad. I didn't bother driving back to the restaurant. Order accuracy was subpar today.

I love the chicken sandwich and chicken tenders and chocolate ice cream
I usually give it 4 to 5 stars but this time I give it a 1 star because I preordered my food and went to pick it up and I was so excited because normally Culver's makes me happy but this time me and my wife ordered 2 double bacon deluxe boxes and a large onion rings and the bacon on the sandwiches was burnt and the burgers were burnt as well and I just threw it away as it grossed me out , the only thing that was good was the onion rings . It was about at 445 or 500 when I picked up the food but I preordered and it should've been fresh

Food was poor quality and restaurant was overall very dirty. Where you self serve your drinks was extremely nasty. This place could definitely use a whole day of thorough cleaning!

This is the second time I have used the online ordering and no one brought out my food. First time I sat for over 20 minutes, this time I only waited 10 until I decided to go inside. Asked the cashier for my online order and it was just sitting where they place the prepared food. The other cashier asked me if I had been waiting for my order outside. Told her yes and she found another employee and mentioned this to him. I'm assuming I wasn't the first one this happened to today. But this employee said "well.. there's nothing I can do about it... I can only apologize". If your staff cannot handle online orders, then maybe online ordering shouldn't be an option. It wasn't even as busy as I've seen it before and there were a ton of employees just standing around conversating. The 2 cashiers were very polite though.Food is normally great, but my order this time wasn't. The burger had dried out edges, the smallest/least of toppings placed on it (I think I got one piece of onion), and everything was cold (burger, fries, onion rings). I hope it's different the next time we decide to get Culver's, but I for sure will not be using the online order again.

Went through the drive thru, my ice cream was handed to the car a head of me and then returned to the staff. When I got up there they gave me the one that had went into the wrong car. Not safe food handling in my opinion.
Can't really say because we're traveling through, looking for the closest one, this one said OPEN on Google maps but it was not.Generally we love Culver's (this why we were looking for one) so I'm sure this one would have been great too.
