I went there got I ordered a couple of sandwiches except one of them was the same as the other they completely forgot about the other I would understand if there were a little similar but these two sandwiches where completely no where close to being the same I do not plan on going back here cause of the grave mistake that they made and if you are a customer that plans on eating here be careful

I had the Lulu, #16. It was the best one I've ever had! They made the sandwich better than any other JJs.. And I've had a lot of JJs over the years.Kudos for the perfect sandwich!!!

I really like there subs and the staff are always friendly.
This location is not convenient. They frequently get online, drive thru, and in-lobby orders incorrect. I understand Jimmy John's is supposed to be "Freaky Fast, Freaky Good". But it is neither fast, nor good, to get our orders incorrect so frequently.Manager is rude when asked to correct orders.They put mayo on sandwiches that aren't supposed to have mayo.They don't cut in half when you ask to cut in half.They go too fast. Slow down. If you don't have time to do it right, you certainly don't have time to do it twice.

I love Jimmy John's! This place is wonderful and I always look forward to picking it up. My 6 year old loves the little John's and looks forward to eating those and I'm thrilled because it is a better and healthier choice than McDonald's!The only thing I am 'unhappy' about is this particular store always....and I mean always forgets something. When I order online they always forget one of the toppings. By the time I get home, I don't want to turn around and drive all the way back to have them remake or whatever they would do. So I just eat what I have, just a bit disappointed because my Jimmy Peppers were missing. Oh well. A couple times they have actually forgotten a sandwich on an order of 6 sandwiches. That I did come back for! The sad thing is they don't even offer you a cookie or bag of chips or anything. The offer would be the polite to do especially since I don't live right in town.
