Horrible customer service on the phone. Called ahead for a pick up order. Ordered 6 pizzas that should have been Hot N Readys and 5 crazy breads. Was told next time I need a 24 hour notice, was super rude. Will take my money somewhere else

It was the best day ever, they gave me all the expired food in the warmerVegetarian options: From mangos to ava cado. Coco nut. Kiwi.fresh green beans.Wheelchair accessibility: Every one is pushed around in wheelchairs , you sit down in one right in the front door so that everyone is equil, it's an amazing spin on little Caesar

Where to start? Stopped early afternoon NYE to get a hot & ready, there were none. That was fine, stood at the register to order, I was ignored and finally walked out. My daughter later complained online and received a coupon for 2 large pizzas. Tried calling last Monday for about 30 mins, 1st call they picked up and hung up, after that they just never answered. Today we tried again and they answered, ordered our pizza and picked them up. Sad looking pizzas with minimal toppings that were just dropped in the center. The place is also dirty. We won't be back.

Ordered a pepperoni pineapple and jalapeño, instead i got pepperoni, but APPERANTLY since my wife touched a slice which is still fully there we couldnt get the right order and pretty much just had to keep it, check your food and know they wont fix THEIR Mistakes

We ordered a pretzel crust pizza and when we got home the pizza was the correct toppings but not the pretzel crust. Not a huge deal! We called and they offered to remake it, when we got there this one wasn’t correct either. We went back in and asked why it’s regular crust and they told us it was correct. Everyone was nice when we went it but unfortunately the order just wasn’t correct.

It took over 30 minutes to get 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. The guy who took our order got it mixed up and made 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza. A girl took over, fixed the order and threw in some cookie squares.It appeared that he went to the restroom with another guy and did not even bother to check on our order.The girl was very apologetic.
What happened to Little Caesars pricing???? I love Little Caesars but unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again until their prices go back down!!! $7.50 for a large classic pizza now. 2020 - $5.00, 2021 - $5.55, 2022 - $6.49, 2023 - $7.49!!!!! That's a 50% increase over 3 years when inflation on food has gone up 29%. REDICULOUS.

Tried calling 4 times to order a pizza so I pull in call from my truck put the phone in my pocket and walk in and they are all looking at the phones around the phone that is ringing and not answering it. I order 2 cheese pizzas and an ICB I get home and the pizza is so hard my dogs had a hard time chewing it. It also was uncut. Absolutely horrible.

These people hate their job. Was waiting in front of the register for about 7 minutes looking at the cook and he looked back until I finally asked him, is there no cashier? Then he came up and asked, how can I help you? He could of said, I’ll be right with you, but he choice to ignore a customer.

Walked in, ZERO pizzas were ready, one of the “workers” looked at me then turned around and proceeded to talk with the other employees in the back. I waited a few minutes whilst watching another guy peep at me through the metal racks while he was saucing a pie. Walked out. Real dirty in there too. 0/10
