Constantly sold out of items, and they will always forget at least one part of your order. They initial your receipt as if they quality checked it, what a joke. The food is pretty forgettable too.

Chipotle chicken avocado melt with double chicken was what we ordered. Total for this sandwich was $16. It came with no avocado. Hardly any chicken. Barely any sauce. I can’t see going back. Too expensive and the quality control in nonexistent.

I’m from another town and the Panera at my home town is well taken care of. I had good expectations for this one. Floor was dirty, tables, seats, and the silverware I received was dirty. Food was alright too. Management needs to step up their game.

One of the loveliest atmospheres! The service and the food was great. Shoutout to the girl that called names and handed out orders, what a sweetheart. I’ve been to many panera and this one might be one of the best ive ever been to. Keep up the good work!

I understand inflation for restaurants at this time, but this store exceeds those needs more than any other Panera we've visited!We ordered 2 chicken noodle soups via drive through.... The cost---nearly $18?Approximately a bit over a cup per serving! The other problem, it's served with a half baguette.... we weren't interested in bread, but there's no option or different pricing without. So, you're gouged for an unwanted product and charged automatically. Lastly, the soup was sooooo salty I could barely eat it!! And I typically have a salty paper

I waited 30 minutes for half a sandwich and a bowl of soup....there were only 2 other tables in the place, so not busy. The self-serve beverage area was a disaster and it looked like no one had come around to wipe down tables and ages. My sandwich was good. My soup was watered down. Probably should give it less stars but my previous visits have been much better.

I put a big order for our company, I went in in person to complete the order I verified. The order was correct to include special instructions. I got there five minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, and my order was completely wrong. The manager was not very sympathetic, and i left feeling very defeated.
