The fat manager was so unprofessional and mean. Me and my best went here and my best friend left almost crying after the manager made comments about her appearance. Never have I ever seen a worker, let alone a manager treat their customers this way. Please do not come here, or take your children here as the workers, especially the manager, will make fun of you and make you so insecure. Me and my best friend are hurt and are in disbelief. All we wanted was to get our drinks.

Not sure what it is particularly with this Starbucks but when you pay at the drive through the workers hover over you and watch if you tip or not, if you don't they will look at you like you just insulted them. Not all of the staff here are like that but a majority of them are. The drinks are expensive as it is and I'm not being served so I don't see the issue.

Expect for the baristas to give you a nasty look if you don't tip her even if all she did was heat up a sandwich. I usually give good tips but at a restaurant where I am actually being served, the nasty ugly faces make me not want to tip them even more.

I like Starbucks and everyone is nice when I go in but lately my strawberry refresher taste like it was soaking in jalapeños and it’s weird, drink wasn’t that good bc it’s funky tasting but at least everyone was nice??

Gal in chaar was extremely rude not just to me but all walkin customers I noticed.
If I could give 0 star to the service and atmosphere I would. I stopped by at 7:30am. There was a long line and decided to order through the app while I waited. When I pulled up to the drive-thru the girl “notified me” that I had placed a mobile order and if my drink wasn’t ready by the time I made it to the window, I had to go all the way around again. Keep in mind there were about 4-5 cars still in front of me.
