Received satisfactory service and a correct order. That's about all one should expect and get from a fast food restaurant. Why, then, was I offered the option to give up to a 25% tip? These hourly workers performed to minimal expectations and did nothing during the transaction to warrant a tip.

They Overcharged people…. it seems that prices don’t match the menu board, they added an extra charge for cheese that I didn’t get nor order, I kept seen people faces wonder, but I guess is only a dollar or two right x100 customers…..$$$

Employees were very rude to us when they found out we had a big order. We are a family of 10 and we ordered ahead of time so there wasn’t 10 people in the store. When we got our food the subs that were toasted were burnt and the salad we got had whole vegetables that we asked to be cut up and the meat and cheese was rolled up as if it was just plopped on. I didn’t get a picture but the whole top was filled with ranch. I was very disappointed as I work the food industry and I’d be ashamed to serve food like that.

Limited food selection. Out of most toppings. Poorly staffed. Spent more time listening to what they didn't have than it took to get a sandwich.
This subway they dont have lates and spinach and greenpaper but they charge me 9 and some centes.its totaly unfair.give them 0 or less.

Management needs more extra hands for this subway, i understand, elderly womens working here, but very very very slow. it is what is this. one lady even can’t reach corner vegetables. i do not want any kinda discriminating or racist stuff, but, if you will take more workers, i think your building will be much much cleaner also. look at the dust.
