My honey butter “Chicken” biscuit had no chicken in it lol and of course I didn’t check my food u til I got home 20 min later. So we paid $3.69 for a plain biscuit with honey.

This was the Worst Wendys we have ever experienced. Ordered the Baconator and it had (1) Patty, (1) Slice of Cheese and (2) Strips of Bacon and was charged $8 and some change. Asked to see the Manager and showed her that, what was made was not a Baconator. The Manager looked at it and said that this is a Baconator and you have to be more specific and ask for two patties when ordering. First and foremost, the Customer who is placing their order shouldn’t have to be more specific with the product unless, there is an ingredient that the customer is allergic too. The Product, however, should have been made according to how it is advertised on the menu. The menu states that The Baconator has A half-pound* of fresh British beef, American cheese, 6 pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, Heinz ketchup, and Heinz mayo. What was made was a plain bacon cheeseburger. I asked and received a refund from the Manager but she was very rude and raised her voice out loud about it while there were people in the lobby. The Manager was very unprofessional of how she handled the situation in a rude manner and of how she is running the business of selling products that are not made according to what is advertised on the menu. A lot of the Military and Local families after a long day either don’t feel like cooking, or just want to have a family day and take the kids out, and like us Veterans, we like to support businesses in the community. However, this has changed our whole perspective of never ordering fast food again at Wendys.

Went through the drive thru. Was told to hold on. Then waited the whole time for them to say something. After I waited a while I said hello and the person responded rudely saying she said something three times and could wait for me all day.I’m sorry but I heard nothing ever said to me that whole time?? She said that and I should get off my phone and order?? I didn’t even have my phone out though??I didn’t make a scene of it but I’ve never felt so frustrated when I was just grabbing food while volunteering at a dog shelter.

We took the drive thru, but it was super quick and I had probably the most amazing Wendy's food I've ever had. The Fry's where perfect everything was perfect and warm. Honestly kinda felt like gormet Wendy's lol. Best Wendy's I've ever been too!
Just got food delivered. This was disgusting, all of the food was soggy. Nothing was hot and the fries tasted old. It was almost $70 for the whole family. Not worth anything. My husband’s meal was $15 which is crazy to me.

I've never been inside. The morning service is a hit or a miss, unfortunately. But we have never had issues with food or service through the drive-thru for lunch or dinner.
