Great little gem in MO. Had a father/son server combo who were awesome. Main course took a little while, but well worth it. If they have the short rib ravioli, it's a must try! They also gave us a free gelato for a birthday.
We came at 6:45 pm and didn't get food until after8:20pm and all three entrées. The bartender last night were not cook correctly. Benny stretch of imagination, but I had the swordfish was overcooked and fillet your own extremely cold in the center. This was a mistake for my seven year old. I had the Seabass and was over cooked and terrible roasted vegetables and tough and no seasoning. The eggplant Parmesan was essentially just a mound of cheese and couldn't find any eggplant and just slimy.

Sadly our experience here was not 5-star mainly due to the indifferent service we received. My guest is a celiac and I had alerted the restaurant ahead of time asking about gluten free options. My guest is also allergic to shell fish. On arrival we were presented with a regular menu with no mention of GF options. When we asked the waitress gave us the “rolled eye” and pointed to ONE option on the menu. There was no GF bread/bread rolls and we got the rolled eyes/sigh when we mentioned the shell fish issue. I will never return to this restaurant after the service received, which is unfortunate since the food was well prepared.

As always, dinner at Roberto's was fantastic. Filets were cooked to perfection. Salads and sides were wonderful too. We appreciate the consistency of great dining experiences every time we go to Roberto's.

Have been going here for years but last night's service and food was beyond any experience we have ever had. I commented on their Facebook post about a dessert and how awesome it would be to try the next night when we were there. They set one aside and put it with our reservation! That is about the highest level of service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Jamie is an amazing host and I will make sure to request his section every time we make a reservation. He has been our host the last couple times and just goes above and beyond for all his guests. Cannot say enough great things about every experience we have had here.

My husband and I made reservations to celebrate Valentine's Day the night before. We ended up leaving without ordering anything because our server completely ignored us and waited on two other couples that came in after us while we sat there for over 20 mins waiting for him to even recognize us! I gave 2 stars because the owner was friendly and apologetic (but offered us nothing). While the overall atmosphere is nice, we did not get the cozy, romantic table I asked for. We were seated at a small table right next to a half wall and very close to another table with a glass divider in between us which was awkward and uncomfortable. We will not return. We had a nice dinner at Rich and Charlie's instead.
Roberto's is where we go to dine not to have a fast food experience. The food, service and ambiance is special and inviting. Not looking for trendy but consistent quality and service this is the place.

Service is amazing, so I'll start wth that, as it's a positive. The food is highly overrated. This was our second time and it was the same... Extreme focus on olive oil and wine additives. Heavy use of cream in the Alfredo pasta (that will make anything taste better). Pretty much every meal we had had a strong acidic taste. Definitely not worth the price. Atmosphere is ok but a bit crowded and dated.
