It was my first time going to this pizza hut and its definitely not what it use to be when it come to the pizza hut experience. Food was great and the place itself was nice and clean. Service wasn't horrible but it was a bit uncomfortable to have them just stare and wait for you figure out where you want to sit and what you want to order.

This pizza hut is the worst one we have eaten at, and I wouldn't want anyone I know to eat there they have a waitress, but she did nothing the wife had to go up and ordered our pizza and it wasn't that good

Pizza is normal pizza hut pizza, but the employees running the register need customer service training badly. This was the 2nd time in a row that I've not been greeted with words at all, just a head tilted side ways with eyes bugging out of their skulls in frustration that I haven't initiated the conversation. Good customer service is at least saying "hi welcome to pizza hut, how may I help you." The interior has also begun to enter a state of disrepair.

They need to rebuild. That is there major issue. That one has been there since I was a kid. Over 50 years. Seriously need an update!!! Building in terrible condition. People r friendly. Food is awesome. But no longer looks clean and kept up. The back room for dining is now used for storage. Curtain up, behind it. A huge mess!!!!

This Savannah Missouri doesn’t accept Pizza Hut coupons or discounts. Have tried multiple times to order pizza and the latest typical. Ordered carryout, went to pick up, not ready because they didn’t put order in their system. No apology, just would you like to order and wait. Got to have integrity in customer service. Would not recommend store. Cost of pizzas becoming extremely high. Medium bone over twenty dollars. Really
