Service here can be hit or miss. That's why we LOVED Madison S. As our server! She was literally perfect! Friendly but not talking to us anymore than necessary and kept my Mt. Dew's coming without me ever having to ask for a refill. I wish every server could be like her. Whoever sees this needs to give her a raise and keep her around.You are probably thinking I'm a family member or friend of hers. I literally don't know her and just love her service. We will be back and I pray to God that we get her again lol ? ?

Ordered all you can eat service. Very slow 20 to 30 minutes between around for the all you can eat. There wasn't anybody in the restaurant! Horrible experience overall considering there wasn't anybody in the restaurant and seemed like nobody was waiting on us! Played music with cuss words in it a song called booty clap had my 6-year-old and 8-year-old with me!

Came here after a long day of work but we were not pleased when our server Jon W was making rude remarks about us. ?
Went there with my fiance, but unfortunately our server Jon W was being pretty rude to us which left us in a bad mood. After eating there we both got sick and had diarrhea, sore throats, and stomach aches. Definitely will not be coming back.

second time this month i’ve walked into this catastrophe & its been more than disappointing. bar smells like vomit, five cheese chicken penne? more like dish water soup. chips? stale. fries? bottom of the freezer bag. idk who is keeping this place open but they deserve their own gold star. the staff was even rushing us screaming across the restaurant “WHAT TIME DO WE CLOSE AGAIN?!” when they weren’t supposed to for another 2 hours. i know its a chain, & shouldn’t expect much but decency should be expected specially for the price.

Love Applebee's, but it's really hit or miss these days. Food was great! I had the buffalo chicken wings and cheeseburger. My only complaint was the service. Waitress seemed to care less we were there. Not personable at all! I not only had to go to the bar to get my drink refilled, but had to go get my own mustard from there too. I'd definitely go back....hope service is a little better. BTW it wasn't busy.
