Night manager can't do his job! They were suppose to have a area ready for 25 ppl. party, They didn't. We were told 20-30 minute wait. Manager told us we had to wait outside on patio. Which was discussing. Bird crap on evey chair and table. Couldn't sit down. Then finally got was able to come inside after 1 1/2. After receiving our food, we didn't see waitress again till she brought the bill. This will be the LAST TIME I ever enter establishment.

We were a party of 6, we came in and there were literally only two other tables it Took 30 mins for drinks to come out. Then we’re told at 6:30 that the bar is closed with no last call beforehand. We’re told that they were no longer serving drinks from the bar. Only to see the MANAGER come out and get beers for what seemed to be for someone in the kitchen.

(First time eating there and we did the (on the line order) Had a simple in and out order. We ordered on the line before we left the house. They gave us our recommended wait time. We were there close to 10 minutes after the time they gave thinking that was going to be ample time for our food to be finished. It's a Tuesday evening and I think I may have seen a bowling match on one of the TV's. 15 people in there sitting scattered around eating, drinking, the conversation in there was so melow and shallow it was almost depressing. It was more or less dead the entire time my son and I stood there waiting on someone to help us out. One of the waitresses finally was able to pry herself away from her phone to come and see what my son and I wanted after about 7 minutes of glancing up at us hoping we would leave I can only assume. As we were saying our greetings "HI, Good Eveing. We're here for" we get "Hang on sir We're so busy right now I'll be right back with you". Literally another 10 minutes later she remembers that we're standing there (they do have booths to ease your wait if you choose to sit) and comes and asked us very rudely How she could help. We told her we were there for a carry out and she told us it's over there and pointed in the opposite direction she was more or less running in again because she just had to go refill a drink. I ended up saying Fukk it and walked out. My son had the patience to wait and figure out how to go about getting our food from there. I imagine not every interaction and experience is the same as mine. But I highly doubt I will give them my business in the future.We each got boneless wings of the spicy variety and fries. He ate all his wings but didn't think they were really that good from what the commercials make it out to be. He didn't eat the fries they were nasty. My wings were good the fries the same as his. It was just a bad experience for us. I hope not everyone has to deal with whoever it was we dealt with.

I found the restaurant to be very clean with great/friendly atmosphere. The food was great as well. There are booths and tables to eat and a bar. There are many large tvs on the walls with sports games playing. I would recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Check them out!

Placed an order an hour before they were supposed to close early if they were slow in order was canceled the order was Accepted and said that my order was being prepared just for them to cancel it.
My ultimate nachos had sour cream on them. The menu did not state this. I mentioned it to the server because she saw the disappointed look on my face and asked if everything was okay. However after mentioning the sour cream she made no effort to make it right. I wasn’t even being a rude customer because I dislike being “that customer”. The sour cream touched other items on my sampler so I was able to eat about five chicken wings only. My husband had one drink refill offered in the last two or three minutes that we were there. My husband scanned the QR code to pay at the table. I guess they have no way of knowing who uses that method to pay, because as we were leaving our unhelpful waitress all of a sudden cared about us because she chased me out the door and asked me in the parking lot if we had paid. Of course we had because in my 34 years I have never dined and dashed and have no intention of starting.

The service at this BWW location (Sedalia MO) is the absolute worst! Tried to dine in a while back and sat at the table for over 20 minutes without being approached once by a server, after being seated, so we got up and left. There was maybe 5 other people in the restaurant at the time, so it’s not like they were busy. Gave them another shot a few months later, takeout this time and still waited 10 minutes before anyone approached us and after someone finally did, she was rude and disappeared for 10 minutes to go check on our food. I finally stopped a different waitress and asked her to go check on our order, she disappeared, never to be seen again and about 15 minutes later a guy brought out our food. I will absolutely NEVER return to this BWW! They have the absolute WORST service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Food was decent. The waitress not so much. She had a really bad attitude. Just acted like she didn't want to be there. It wasn't busy, there were only three tables with guests in her section. So no reason to be stressed out. We did talk to the manager. But then she chased us out the door, accusing use of stealing her pen. The manager had the pen and the bill receipt. We told her that but she didn't believe us. We just left, no point in arguing with someone like that. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
