Don't ask for extra pickle, you won't get any. Also their large sized fries is about a medium compared to everywhere else. Aside from that, good experience.

Worst service I have ever had. Ordered 2 things. A milkshake and a Dr. Pepper for the kids. The milkshake appeared to have been pre-made and put in a freezer, leaving ice on the cup when handed out. The Dr. Pepper was like light tea, having no soda syrup and just carbonated water. Both were handed out and the server disappeared. We honked 3 different times, each time being longer. Then finally I had to get out of the car and push open the drive through window, while calling for some service. Again, 3 times. Finally someone came over to the widow from the lobby to help. Eventually followed by our server, who had apparently been on her cell phone. We waited another few minutes for them to change out the syrup for the soda. Finally we got the Dr. Pepper we paid for. Of course the milkshake is currently sitting in the freezer, to re-freeze. Hell will freeze over before we go back there.

Wonderful service in the drive thru this morning. I lost my receipt so couldn't do the survey and don't know they gentleman's name. But I was having a rough morning and he was an absolute delight to speak to. Great customer service matters and having friendly employees makes a huge difference.

Got food from here last night and it wasn't even alot. The girl in the drive through had a attitude and seemed rude. They missed up on even the smallest things. I got a chicken tender happy meal and we tossed the whole bag because the fries were cold and soggy. His Tenders tasted like the grease in the fryers haven't been changed in days. They couldn't even make a sweet tea right.

Honestly surprised this place is still open. Doors are locked and no signs on the door to tell why. Apparently you can only do drive-thru orders, which is impossible when you have a trailer on due to the tiny drive-thru lane.

Super disappointed with our meal tonight. Fries were old and cold, burger was burnt and cold, and my sprite had no syrup. The lights and signs were all turned off outside. We informed the employee about the lights and he still did not turn the lights on.

I must say Hardee's has went down heal very fast over the last few years. I arrived at this location in the drive thru and the lady on the speaker came straight on and told me " I must let you know we are out of hot ham and cheese, chicken of any kind, roast beef and small buns." In which I told her " yall might as well shut down that's your whole menu!!!" That is ridiculous to run out of that much product at a store. Especially when there is two in this town you can always borrow food. I don't see how they are still open if they can't serve customers!! Will not return

Hardee's has always been my go to place for a good burger and fries, well that USED to be. Now the fries are cold, even if you ask for fresh ones they say we just put them down a few minutes ago, they just tell you what you want to hear, fries still cold and taste like they were fried in old grease. Their burgers used to be fresh. Now taste like have been under lights for a couple of days. I even called corp. to complain, no response. Bye bye Hardees! Maybe you should find out from Wendy's how to serve fresh fries!
The hardees on S limit sucks compared to the one on E broadway. They always skimp on bacon and are super slow. I recently ordered 2 bacon beast burritos and neither had any hash browns and had only 2 strips of bacon each when it's supposed to have 4. That was the last straw for me and I will never go to this hardees again.

Another great Hardee's with a $4 breakfast platter in Missouri, apparently corporate sets the prices for The breakfast platter so apparently in Poplar Bluff we're worthy of being charged an extra $2.39???Trent welcomed us as soon as we walked in?

I ordered a bacon Beast biscuit breakfast combo. There was Zero bacon on the sandwich. No receipt in the bag to be able to provide feedback. They just need to sell their biscuit recipe recipe to Wendy's and close Hardee's down for good

The food tends to be cooked properly and has the expected flavor for all ingredients.... I tend to get extra ingredients though. I order meat and cheese, then get everything on it, almost anytime I go to this location. It's not worth going to this place anymore. This location needs to go under.
