Placed online at 6:40pm. Received email at 7:45 order on it's way. It's 8:35pm and we haven't received our food. I'm super ticked.Told the meal was comped after calling customer service. It's not the money- it's the rudeness of the store lying and taking my money for an order I was never going to get. Doubt we ever go back.What in the world has happened to Sedalia businesses? So disappointed. ☹️

We arrived at Mazzio's at 12:15 on a Sunday. At that time the lobby was not very full. There was only one waitress working her butt off. Unfortunately it took a long time for her to get to us to take our order. We had salad bars, sodas, and ordered a calzone. An hour and a half later we finally got our calzone. But partly because I had to ask them at the window how much longer and have them put it in a box for us to take home and eat it.Although the food is good and the calzone was hot I'm not sure we'll be back, especially on a Sunday. We've gone during the week to the buffet as well and there's also only one waitress working. Mazzio's needs to figure out their staffing and and managing of the employees they do have. There are several helping make pizzas but are not willing to carry them out to the customers. The waitress is also in charge of ringing up orders and checking people out. I'm sure there are other capable bodies in the back that could help The poor overworked waitress.

We were there five minutes before they open the door was unlocked and we went in and she said we couldn't stay inside and wait for five minutes when another waiter said we could stay but the other lady kicked us

We went to Mazios tonight to eat. Worst dine in experience ever. We ordered salad bar first waitress never came to check on us. Then brought us our pizza never asked us if we needed a refill pizza was far from hot, never removed our salad plates or did a check up on us after our first slice of pizza. The dishwasher guy did who was off the clock. He was the only employee who went far and beyond. While the other 5 or 6 stood in the back according to the female in charge discussing why they were so slow. OK regardless we are still customers we still deserve to be treated like a customer. Worst experience ever at mazios

This one hurts. This is my favorite pizza. We had a bad experience last time but I chalked it up to being busy and understaffed. Then again tonight, we ordered online for 5:20pm. I arrived at 5:22pm. It was not busy and seemed to be well staffed. Our order wasn't ready but I don't mind waiting a little. It took over a half an hour to get our order which means it hadn't even been started when I arrived. The box was covered in grease and crumbs and the manager tried to wipe it off instead of putting it in a new box. The pizza was burnt yet somehow cold. We have never had these issues with Mazzios before. It is not doing well under the new manager. I hope they get it turned around before the service gets any worse.
Place isn't the best it's a pizza buffet but only 2 pizzas come out at a time and you got to be right there if you any

I Will Never Order from them again!!!!!! one thing is it's automated system you can't talk to a person !!!! Two the have you order on line and take your money !!!!!! and two hours of waiting after saying it's be 40 minutes and they said at store it's new year and what do you expect !!!!!! never ever never ever again!!!!!!!

We ate here last night, right around 6pm, and as usual the food was terrific (I have been going here since the place was Kens back in the 80s).This review is more for the amazing server you all had on duty last night...that floor was packed, every table full...and that one server, who was obviously overwhelmed, did a damn fine job in spite of being savagely overburdened. She deserves a pay raise...and likely a paid vacation!

Called in order one hour ahead for carry out. Order was 20 minutes late. Very poor customer service, not a happy person to be found, employees or customers. I waited way too long for mediocre pizza.
