Food was good, atmosphere was phenomenal. Service, unfortunately, was lackluster. My friend ordered a maple waffle sandwich and it was omitted from the order. My other friend ordered tomato and feta egg bites and they were also cast astray. She was given the bacon and gouda egg bites which are not the same as the ones that were ordered.Scooter's, your food and drink are quality, but the staff need retrained.

My favorite item on the Scooter’s menu is their Caramelicious Blender. I’ve been ordering it for a while and know what it looks like. So when they handed me my $6.20 glorified milkshake - with mocha sauce on it - I knew it was actually supposed to be caramel sauce. They even admitted to me that they had added the wrong sauce. The lady asked me if “that was ok?”. And I said no - because I just paid her almost $7 not to make a mistake. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Seconds later she came back (obviously with the coffee not remade) with the caramel sauce on top. But the mocha drizzle was still lingering. And I never received an apology. Just know that by coming here you run the risk of dealing with someone in a MOOD.

I used to think the Sedalia and Raymore locations were th most consistent with flavor. There was a blonde girl working there in the past, blenders were always spot on. Today, it was horrible. I took it back. When getting the next one, the worker sat it down by the window worker looked angry. The other staff looked uncomfortable. Not a comforting feeling leaving, making me wondering if I should even drink it. Disappointed to say the least.

My normal Scooters is not this location, but while in Sedalia recently I got coffee here. It was good as usual. A couple of days later I ordered from my usual location through the app and inadvertently sent the order to Sedalia. I called and left a message with the Sedalia location about my mistake, and within 2 hours the charge had been removed from my card and my mistake was taken care of. That's what customers want to see and appreciate. Now every time I am in Sedalia I will stop by this location. Thanks to everyone involved there for the rapid correction to my snafu. And for the good coffee!
I bought a strawberry banana vertigo n coffee. But they refuse to give me my left over energy drink I paid for that goes in my drink. Every other place I go gives it to me bc it's mine. Bought n paid for. I want my energy

I go here on occasion this morning. I picked up a cappuccino for me, a Caramel mocolatta for my wife both with expresso shot added. I got our grandson a hot chocolate. All of us liked them very much and I will go back again. All I had on me was a 50 dollar bill, and the girl at the window said they do not take anything over a twenty. I hate that they don't, but not much I can do about it, so I got out the debit card. But it might be something to keep in mind if you go there get your big bills broken before going. The folks there always are nice and do a great job.
