waited ab an hour for some chicken n fries… terribly dissatisfied. won’t be coming back. this is crazy multiple people are receiving their food who came in after us. i’m a baffled by the service. poorly ran but fire mac n cheese.
Okay, well, the food couldn't be better. It's the ONLY reason I keep giving this place chances, but the wait for food is ALWAYS at least 30 minutes. Even if you place it online and drive to pick it up, you wait 30 minutes once you get there. On top of that, I think our order has been correct 30% of the time. I used to think the staff is doing their best, but I'm not sure anymore. I don't think I can keep ordering food here, which really disappoints me.

I just got the 8 piece chicken wing meal through drive up. I usually eat naked wings wherever I go so I didn't get any sauces. The wings were tough, dry and completely tasteless, as if they had not added any seasonings whatsoever. They did not taste like they had been cooked in any oil/shortening. It was as if they used low grade chicken cooked by someone with zero experience. The fries were not salted and even the Texas Toast had an odd taste. It made hospital food look good.

Ordered in the drive thru and sat at pay window for 10 minutes with no other cars and an empty parking lot. Cashier, my receipt said Catalina, said next to nothing, only my total. Didn’t hand me my drink until I asked for it after she closed the window after handing me my food. Gave me no napkins and no silverware
