The first time we went it took 20 minutes to get our food (fast food), they were not too busy, gave them another try and it didn't take long but some of our items were substituted (without them asking) we ordered crunchy and they gave us soft...when I want crispy that's what I want. They were also out of some sauces that we asked for amd many drink items.

Waited almost 25 minutes for 3 tacos 2 burritos and a thing of chips and cheese, kid at the window had a horrible attitude when taking my payment, then was even more rude when I told him my order was missing 2 items. Took another 10 minutes to get the missing two items and he pretty much threw it at me. Got home to eat and the burritos in the bag weren’t Corectly made. Will never be going back to that store.

They're lucky I can't give a zero star review because that's exactly what they deserve after what I just experienced. First off the waiting was absolutely atrocious all just for 2 cantina tacos and a 5 layer burrito. Second the 2 cantina tacos had little to no chicken in them whatsoever and the 5 layer burrito had old dry beef that you could tell had been sitting around for awhile just from the first bite because it was gritty and so unpleasant that I honestly will never forget as it resulted in me vomiting the rest of what I had just eaten up.
Order was wrong. Restaurant was dirty. Bathroom had no toilet paper

We ordered 12 crunchy tacos substitute the beef for chicken due to a food allergy and they gave us almost nothing for chicken. And gave us a salad. Worst order ever.

They are skimpy on the food in tacos especially cheese. Burrito is not mixed everything is layered. Not the Taco Bell from my past. I refuse to pay the prices for there food.

i order the drink door dasher said that the machine was out he went back again and told him the same thing after contacting them and now i have to come in to refund my money so management do not go to that toca bell and there customers are horrible don’t recommend sedalia toca

$10 for three hardshell tacos, and a drink. They barely put anything inside the tacos. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with this Taco Bell. Go to Tacos El Charro, homie hooks it up with all your Mexican food needs?

I put in my order last night March 2nd 24 at 11:30 p.m after. Over an hour they gave my dasher the wrong order I immediately called they were supposed to redo my order I told my dasher to go back up and get my order and bring it back to me I never received It I sat till 4:00 am waiting and I never received my order!!!!!!!! Nnnnnot happy with Taco Bell I don't know if I'll ever grace their place again or order from it
