Always good food and great service!
Service is continuously bad but food is good. Not even a busy night and no refills after food delivered or even a waitress to stop and see if everything is good. But you can spot them at the end of the bar talking or see them through the window grabbing a quick bite. Have given it multiple chances and pretty much always the same

We showed up to eat on Friday, 12/22/23. When we walked in it was seat yourself. We took a table at the back of the dining room by the restrooms. The restaurant was not busy at all. One large table with 11 people, another table with two people, five people at the bar. Staff consisted of three servers and a bartender for the front of the house. We sat, and it took approximately ten minutes before someone came to greet us at the table. All that time two of the servers were at the end of the bar talking and one was eating. Very poor service! Food was average, and the server was anything but hospitable. We have tried this place on three different occasions and have been dissatisfied on each occasion. Just because the choices are limited in Smithville doesn’t mean you can have crappy service! We gave Humphreys three chances. We will not return and will tell others not to go. Overall terrible experience.
