We had dinner here on 1/28. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant and we will not be back. We waited far too long for our food. We ordered a medium rare prime rib that came to our table a weird shade of gray and looked as if it had been boiled in water. The chicken tenders tasted like they had been cooked in grease that had not been changed in weeks. My mashed potatoes were barely warm. The best part of our meal was the side of fries my son had.

I ordered blackened pork chops with twice baked potato casserole and sauteed vegetables. All of my food was excellent. The waitress was very helpful. We even lucked out and didn't have to wait for a table!

We all really enjoyed our meals and would go back. There was a man in the corner playing a piano which was nice. I thought the atmosphere was a little strange and I thought it could have been nicer with dimmer lighting and better farmhouse decor aside from roosters and barn pictures. But still, food was delicious, especially the potato casserole!

I was anxious to try this locally owned restaurant, so when my mother was wanting "homemade" slice of cake or pie I thought I'd give this place a try. cakes and pies looked pretty enough...mouth-watering actually. However, upon closer inspection I could see small gnats flying through both dessert cases and lighting on them. Turnovers were particularly covered wit them. I purchased nothing. I don't think I'll be back.

I love getting takeout here!! Tonight hubby and I both got chicken fried chicken, green beans, and twice baked potatoes casserole. Large portions, friendly staff, nice variety of desserts too. I had red velvet cake (my favorite!) and hubby had apple pie. Thank you once again Farm Fresh for fixing dinner so I could have a night off! See you again soon!! ❤️

Good food. Great desserts. Saw some bad reviews before we went in but decided to give it a try. Food was excellent. Only reason I didn't give 5 star was the staff. Probably just the staff at the time. But it was unexpected for a sit down restaurant. They were clearly having some beef between themselves and it definitely effected service. Order carry out.

I just had the lemon pepper salmon with spinach risotto and a fresh salad/ with homemade apple cider vinaigrette. It was amazing! This restaurant is a true gem hidden here in Nixa, MO. If you have not eaten at Farm Fresh Steakhouse and Bakery yet, you are missing out. They make everything from scratch including some super delicious desserts. They have cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, and turnovers. All of these are homemade. You will not be disappointed.

Food is very good and really does taste fresh. They don't answer their phone though... maybe there's a problem with their phone? Either way, have had a very hard time getting a hold of them many times. They have good steak and yummy cinnamon rolls.
I was disappointed in the meal. Chicken was dry. Canned corn not the best. The price was way to high. Spent twenty dollars on my lunch, just me. The service was good. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Great staff, very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The spinach dip was fresh and delicious! Maybe the best I've ever had. My meal was overall delicious, and the waiter and owner were very attentive and genuinely cared that my wife and I enjoyed our visit. Can't wait to come back.

Dropped into this place for lunch after it was recommended to us. The majority of the lunch menu is burgers of various types, but let me tell you...best burger I have had in a long time! I grew up eating farm raised beef so the bar is pretty high. This burger was fresh everything. They had a special that was a cheeseburger with the works plus chili. Delicious. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the hours. Doesn't open until noon and sometimes if I wait until then to eat I hate everybody. But after this burger I was all about the peace and love. And a nap. Great little local place. Highly recommend.
