The pulled pork burger was absolutely glorious and they had a solid selection of beers. Definitely will be coming back soon to enjoy some of the

I have been going to this place regularly for months and Hillary is the best, but the other bar tender overheard a political debate with some friends of mine and didn't like my conservative view. She charged me at least 3 times as much for my drinks. It was insanely obvious. My friends and I were just having a debate and we were more than fine with that. We thought it was fun. I thought I was amongst friends, but I was gullible and wrong. It was crazy how much she charged me. Never going back. I even bought the cook a beer, I wish I never did. It is such a hustle there. Edit: I just realized they probably did it on purpose and do not want anyone different there. Just FYI.

Not a bad alternative pub restaurant in Downtown Springfield. I had dinner there after work yesterday.I had asked 417 Taphouse on Facebook Messenger if they offer coffee and if they require purchasing alcohol to order food. (Dublin's Pass, Early Bird, and The Pitch are pub restaurants that all offer coffee and do NOT REQUIRE purchasing alcohol.) They said that yes they do offer coffee, and no they do not require purchasing alcohol. BUT--and here's why I give this place a 4-star review, not 5--when I asked Hilary, my server, if they had coffee, she said that they do not. So I almost walked away. BUT Hilary managed to find out they did have coffee after all. They just had a K-cup, and only one kind of creamer. Despite the limitations, though, the coffee made the perfect alternative pub drink. After all, I am a coffee addict, and I don't drink alcohol. I really enjoy drinking coffee at pubs as well as more traditional restaurants.I had two appetizers, their Loaded French Fries and their Waffles, with some coffee. I had already planned to order their fries because I felt that they made good "pub grub". And sure enough, I really loved them, and the waffles. You see, Dublin's Pass used to serve buckets of delectable potato chips and French fries of their own recipe, but not anymore. I really miss that "pub grub," and I wish Dublin's Pass would resume serving them. One last thing, one of several flags hanging from the ceiling is the national flag of the Republic of Ireland. They are famously a European pub country, just like the United Kingdom.

The absolute worst service to be had in Springfield. Come here if you want to feel like a burden for trying to order. The blonde behind the bar rolled her eyes and sighed at everyone ordering anything. Order a beer get an open can, no glass. Get the self serve beer and it taste flat and stale. Obviously no up keep on the tap system. Try to order a burger? Get a sigh and told their are out at 7;30 on a friday. Complete waste of space this place is.

Two words: Warm BeerI would never come back here and drink beer, it's not nearly cold enough. Two stars instead of one because they have a variety of pinball machines and a shuffleboard, though the shuffleboard had several buttons broken on it to work the scoring.

Service was pretty slow, half our table finished their food before the other half got theirs (to be fair we were a group of 10 on a Saturday night) Food was tasty but gave 4 stars because they were out of stock for all chicken dishes which is a large part of the menu. Pinball machines are super fun but the ski ball machine ate all of our $Vegetarian options: Salads, fries, veggie burger, lots of veg appsKid-friendliness: Fun games & musicWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, lots of space around the tables

Kiley warmly greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful in narrowing our choice of beer by asking a number of questions and then found us the perfect one! She was professional and friendly and made our visit very enjoyable! Thanks Kiley!!Parking: No problem finding numerous open spaces.

One of the best places in town to just chill. It’s quieter than most bars, and comfortable, with a great menu.

First off this place is not family friendly, I would avoid bringing kids here even if they advertise that's it's ok before 9 pm. Food is decent but don't go here for a burger, the price is outrageous! Just go to Black sheep. Bourbon bacon maple syrup was pretty good but still not good enough to make the trip worth it. Don't go and expect to get full off one meal and don't expect happy front staff. Go here after you're already drunk.
