It's all about entertainment, lanes suck and are not maintained.I avg 14-15mph throwing my ball, I have to throw it 17mph just to hit the pocket. If I throw it normal it will end up in the left gutter.String pins suck also, so many unrealistic pin fall.

We visited on Saturday morning as a party of 6 ten and twelve year old boys. Tyler checked us in, explained the benefits of the party and was informative, polite and efficient. Brooklyn was our waitress/liason at the lane. She was very upbeat and energetic, explaining the lane electronics and score board. She was very responsive to all our requests and a great server. Most of all we appreciated her tolerance of the energy of these boys!

I took my son and his friend here on a Saturday night. We walked in and I saw an advertisement for eat and play. I decided to ask the waitress about it and she told me anything over $10 that we ordered we would get a $10 game pass for $5.That’s a good deal so I ordered 2 meals over $10. After we eat the waitress informed me the promo ended today and we couldn’t get the deal. I was a little confused since there was a sign in the lobby stating that the deal was still good since it was advertised.I was told the button no longer was in their computer system and would not be getting the deal. Instead of making a scene in front of the boys, who were there just to have a good time, we just went on with our night.If you’re going to advertise on your website and in the building I feel like that deal should have been honored.

We just left and I was so disappointed with the girl working. I believe her name is Ayden. She spent more time standing around talking and holding the floor down then I seen her doing anything! She wasn’t polite at all when we did have communication with her. I watched the other workers hustle and run around busting their butts.

Service was great at the start till we got to our lane, payed for 2 hours and got to bowl for about 1 hour and a few minutes because the pin setters took so damn long. Employees didn’t seem to have a care in the world, all standing around. One young worker was too distracted by a female colleague to do anything else following each other around like a lost puppy. Sunshine lanes has %100 better everything. Not to mention the half naked lady on the huge screen in a so called “family center”. DO NOT GO. Go to sunshine.
