Growing up in Springfield, Missouri, there were limited good frozen treats, but when Andy's Frozen Custard opened up, it changed so many lives. It is never just getting something delicious it is also an experience with all the lights, great customer service and depending on the time of year a cool refreshing treat in the hot months or get toasty by the heaters in the cooler months. First time we had been to this location. I love that they have taken the previous business signage and incorporated it here. Gives it a bit of nostalgia for those of us that have watched Springfield change since the 80's.The Apple Pie Concrete is what I wait for all year! (Add some caramel for an amazing concrete!)

Our GPS took us to HQ - haha. The gal coming down the stairs confirmed that there's no custard served at HQ. As I thanked her, she asked me to wait, and came back with coupons. We boogied over and enjoyed another iteration of this midwest treat, and it was *delicious*. Breakfast of champions!
