The mini appetizer tacos were so delicious . The main thing that made the time was the service. Our waiter was Tony and he was amazing. I was there on Saturday night with my girlfriend and her son. Tony was a great waiter and was super friendly. I don't usually do reviews, but he was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we are in Springfield, we will have to come in again.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger was delicious

Yesterday we went to dinner there, we had not had a bad experience on previous occasions, we both ordered breaded shrimp to finish quickly and leave. The waiter was quite friendly and attentive, but the food?...the shrimp were black and tasted bitter. French fries? The fries were very old, I couldn't even finish eating....

Very nice Applebee's location! Food was great , restaurant was clean and service 5 star. Shout out to Megan..she took the best care of us and even tho she was running and busy had a smile and cheerful attitude. I ordered wings with light sauce and they were perfectly done. My steak wasn’t cooked very good and the service was mediocre just needs a manager who pays attention then it would probablybe okay. I’ll try it again in 5 years or so.

This place needs a rain check, I asked for my chicken wings not raw and they served them cold and raw. They also had watered down soda products and I even told the waiter and they told me “well that’s not really my job” never coming back, worst meal I’ve ever had, if I could give it negative zero stars I would, disgusting environment as well, heard an employee talking about sexual things my whole meal.
We went for dinner. The food was just ok but our server worked hard to make our SLOW food delivery better.

$90 ordered via app. Waited 25 minutes after the pickup time to some guy vaping as he brought it to the car. Food was cold and missing two items that I didn't notice until arriving home. Everyone's food sucked and were not a super picky family. My ribs were easily the worst and toughest I've purchased from a restaurant. Thankfully we used gift cards. Never again

Applebee's has really gone down hill. I ordered the three chesse Pena and there wasn't hardly any kind of Alfredo sauce on it. And who in there right mind wants to eat dry cooked noodles and dry chicken at $14 price.
