Best pasta I have had in a long time. Pasta was made in-house. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce was well-balanced and creamy. I picked fire-roasted tomatoes, sausage, and spinach to add to the pasta. I savored those flavors. I would definitely go again, but try to go during a less busy time because when we arrived previously on a Friday at 5:45 pm, they couldn’t seat us for another 45 minutes. We went at 11:15 am and were able to get in.

Seated right away but then sat at the table without anything to drink or service for 25 min. Dislike their service bot...noisy and takes away from the atmosphere. Probably would be faster for servers to bring out the food instead of waiting for the bot to get to the table and then take it off the bot. . Might as well take it off myself. Not going back. Poor service twice now. ?

Food was less than the average Italian place in Springfield. The waitress and staff were friendly. But will not be returning due to food quality.

Our food tasted like it came out of a can. Really unimpressed with the quality and the service.

I got their sampler platter, the tuscany dip, and spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. The spaghetti sauce was bland. It was like they just use tomato pureee, threw in some Italian seasoning for looks and that's literally it.The tuscany spinach dip with the bread was decent but i asked for no tomatoes and it was in there anyways. Not upset though. The sampler platter deal tasted freezer burn and not fresh and microwaved.I ordered carrot cake but it never came with my order. I dont blame the driver because they still got my order wrong when i said no tomatoes. I payed 50 dollars for some food that i really did not enjoy and whats crazy is, i selected this place off the reviews here. Recipes need to do some serious tweaking.

Archie's is a great old-school Italian restaurant. I'm not gonna say everything is authentic, but I am going to say the food is excellent!! my favorite thing that I constantly order is the chicken piccata! It's like crack to me!! It's lemony , it's buttery, BUT it's not your traditional chicken piccata!! don't go in thinking that you are going to get the traditional dish!! But this dish is amazing!! I get this every single time and you cannot convince me to get anything else!! Please don't ever stop making this!! They sauté the broccoli with the same lemon butter sauce OMG you have to be kidding me!! I need some right this minute

Ordered Chicken Marsala, took forever to get. was Luke warm with hardly any sauce. Wife ordered a rib eye steak medium rare, also long wait and it looked like a sirloin and was well done. Waitress took it and brought back same steak even more well done. Finally brought a rib eye cooked right, but o steak knife. Do not like to write bad reviews but.

I absolutely love this Italian Gem. We found it quite by mistake a few years back. They actually have gluten free hot bread, pasta and sauces. I will always stop in whenever I am in or going through Clinton. Mo

Went to Archie’s today with a large group and our experience was top notch. I heard oohs and aahs up and down the table. Three people that got fettuccine said their meal was excellent. I got toasted ravioli. It was delicious. I was impressed with the fresh and crispy salad I got. Although we were slow in getting our water, it did not take away from our service. Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Overall our experience was very good.

My family and I have been going to Archie’s for quite some time. My daughters have absolutely loved this place. I have recently become a greater fan because Archie has been so accommodating! My daughter and I love spinach, artichoke dip, and there’s is superb! We have recently ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo, (their Alfredo sauce is to die for! )and In order of spinach, artichoke dip, and then we combine the two. Absolutely delicious! We have also ordered a pizza, then crust, (which is not actually that thin , which is a plus in my book!)We have ordered the pizza with spinach artichoke dip instead of using a red or white sauce. This was an inconvenience to Archie , and that he had to make the dip first. He has done this several times for us, and only charged us the happy hour price.(6 bucks extra)I absolutely think you should put both on the menu. Who doesn’t love Spanish artichoke dip? Well I guess except for my husbandI can’t say enough about this business.

Such a surprise to find this hidden gem! We were not a fan of the meatballs (not thier fault, I just don't like that style) but everything else was perfect!! I want to find the person responsabile for the alfredo raviolis appatizer and kiss them!!! That dish alone is worth the trip!
