The food here is flavorful, and they keep the buffet fresh. They are very careful about keeping things at the appropriate temperature, whether hot or iced down - I was pleasantly surprised by this my first few visits. There are so many choices, including sushi (pretty basic, but the wasabi is amazing) and Mongolian grill! The cashew chicken may not satisfy your "Springfield-style cashew chicken" yen, but there are a wide variety of other dishes. Some of their options are standard Chinese buffet fare, but there are several original combinations you're bound to love.Service was attentive and polite.
