The BBQ beef very tough and cold. Lemongrass chicken was all dark meat. The Thai tea was fake. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the waiter gave us great service; both deserves 5 stars. But we will not be back because of the quality of the food.

Excellent service and delicious food. May never have tried Vietnamese without my celiac diagnosis. So many new dishes to explore. Everything that is gluten free is clearly labeled on the menu. My son got pho which I uploaded a picture of as well but it isn’t gluten free. I had the shrimp and bbq bún and we each started with a spring roll. Fish sauce is ok, but peanut sauce is not.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free items clearly labeled

This place is mine and my fiancé's favorite place to eat in Springfield. We are regulars and the food and service is always TOP TIER!The fresh spring rolls are the best I've ever had and R3 is my favorite dish. We will never stop coming here. I could literally eat it everyday. ? recommend!

The smell of cigar/cigarette smoke from the “Just For Him” next door is overwhelming. Totally ruined the entire experience. The food was subpar and my pho was cold when I got it. At least the service was nice. My wife and I left early and barely ate our food. Perhaps if they changed locations I’d give it another chance but until we won’t be coming back.

3.5/5 ⭐️s for me. Upon entering the restaurant it smelt very heavily of cigarette smoke which was odd considering no one inside was smoking. I ordered the papaya boba tea which was just ok. We proceeded to order the spring rolls which were good minus the pork. The peanut sauce could have had a bit more flavor. I ordered theBarbecued pork & egg rolls on vermicelli and that was the star of the show. The egg rolls and pork had such fantastic flavors and the veggies were very fresh. Overall I’d probably come back but maybe get it to go!

Amazing!!! Eating a steaming bowl of Pho tai alone and listening to true crime in my headphones is the ultimate in self care! The pho is absolutely delicious and the vegetables are so fresh. This place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
The food was mediocre. The pho was bland, as was the spicy beef soup. The egg rolls were overcooked. The service was good, very friendly and fast. The condiments on the table were absolutely filthy. The salt was nearly empty and all clumped together, and all the bottles of sauce were caked with old food. Will not be back.

Very heavy scent of cigarettes in the restaurant. Bathroom also had an awful cigarette smell, as if someone been smoking there for a long time. The table that was next to me wasn’t cleaned for a while. Ended up walking out and canceling my order because I could not be in that unhealthy atmosphere any longer.

Service has improved but I don't know why they stopped using DoorDash/Grubhub. Yes, they have an App, but their own delivery service doesn't deliver to me but the other delivery services do. I wish they would go back to either service because they currently have, their pho taste doesn't appeal to me.
