Good service. Biggest problem was the waffle cone was stale and moldy at the bottom! My son did not realize it after he ate most of it and got to the bottom of it and noticed the mold. That is absolutely unacceptable and a health code hazard!!

Went in for daiquiri ice since only place I can get it and told their detailing ice cream area so they won’t be selling any till 4pm…. Yet no one was cleaning all just standing around….your business is ice cream the fact u don’t sell it when u cleaning is absurd!! 2 others went in and out empty handed…. Baskin robins is the best and can’t seem to remain in business in Springfield mo and I know why

We went in at 6:45, and they told us freezers were not right temp so they wont serve ice cream. Sign says open till 7pm. They close shop early and didn’t want to serve guest, after driving for an hour to get here, that’s ridiculous.

Zero stars. They refused to sell us iced decalf coffee. Said they don't have it. Went to the other location and they did.

Can't give a zero so got a 1. Ordered 4 snack wraps all done wrong. That isn't the problem it was the attitude of the worker as if she was put out! If you had gotten the order correct you wouldn't have to do it again. 2 of the wraps had no changes 2 with no cheese.

Was told after waiting 15min in line and then another 3 at the window that they were just putting my order in the oven if I could just pull forward. I asked about how much longer? Cashier, who looked like an extra from Peppa Pig's Glitter Party, said it would be 30sec to 1min to cook. Great. I pull forward. Waited another 6min. Three cars behind me received their orders and left. Finally had to leave to avoid being late for work. Every staff member that passed the window was moving at the pace of a museum tour. Absolute terrible customer service and management oversight.

Please train your employees!!!! Don’t open a business if you can’t afford to pay for help! Why is the owner not in the store if there aren’t enough employees????

Store was dirty, employees did not know their jobs. The female employee who took our order made one sundae then ignored us and the two other employees stood and stared at us untill the male employee finally finished our order. Our order was sloppy. The male employee seemed to be the only one working.

The young kids working there are not trained properly and are unable to really make any of the drink orders.It's a mess..It needs a manager there that can train them.

We visited this location yesterday and highly recommend. Huge shout out to the staff- they were amazing and refreshingly nice and helpful. Store was clean and inviting. Will definitely be back!
