My wife and I were once full-time RV'ers and have gone to hundreds of bars. This one ranks in the bottom 5%. Overpriced beer, short pours, warm beer, and a very bad attitude from the bartender. With all the other options in Springfield, I can't imagine why anyone would choose this bar.

Great spot for a drink and a snack. They have a huge beer selection and great German themed food. They sometimes run out of things, but they let you know. Lots of great games and even lawn games inside. My wife is a ski ball junkie. It is buried behind Zakiya and can be tricky to your first time there.

Have the Brussels sprouts!! It was amazing and Chris is our new favorite bartender he whipped up a fancy whisky sour for me and it was delicious!! This place is amazing I can’t believe more people don’t come here for a date! Has everything you want great affordable drinks, delicious food, and games to enjoy. I highly recommend. Great parking situation.

It was a decent visit when a group of us visited during the afternoon. Comfortable atmosphere, fun atmosphere for playing outdoor games indoors when it was super hot outside made for a "cool" time.

Perfect environment for drinks and conversation. Friendly staff, outstanding cocktails and a wide assortment of beers. Food menu is attractive as well. Give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Outstanding downtown beer hall. The wide array of beer choices and the specialty cocktails are the reason you need to check it out. Friendly bartenders who actually enjoy conversations! It's my go-to center city spot! Try it!

Such a fun place, and I hope to visit again soon. We came for the blackberry margarita (amazing) and the Buffalo cauliflower (they were out!). The bartender/server who waited on us was fantastic. We tried the pickle chips which were ok, but the crispy Brussels sprouts were amazing. And of course it was topped off with the lovely sound of Shawn Munday, can't beat that.

The drinks are over priced, they don't do anything for birthdays, hard to find the location, and the female bartender didn't seem to happy to be there.

In my opinion, the best bar in town. Great food, atmosphere and service. (GET THE CHICKEN SANDWICH!) Abbie, Chris, and Taylor are the 3 best bartenders in town and they're slinging the largest selection of beer this side of the Mississippi! Do yourself and your body a favor and get a boot of beer while you're there

Awesome, quiet bar downtown. It is never too crowded, and the drinks are to die for! There's a small, interior setup for cornhole, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to spend time with friends and chat.

Great place! German beer hall atmosphere, with long communal tables, a good size bar, and plenty of game room (corn hole, etc.). They have smaller tables as well.Thirty or so taps with a full bar. Beers are served at different temperatures according to their styles, and they have lots of local options. The food was amazing! The Fried Chicken sandwich had Korean Chili Aoli and Kimchi Slaw that provided a nice tangy edge to counter the richness of the fried chicken, and the crispy brussel sprouts were just that - wonderfully crisp with a brown sugar/maple glaze. I could have a meal off of those alone! We saw other things on the menu that we want to try next time (buffalo cauliflower wings and the loaded fries with gochujang) but I might just have to get 3-4 orders of the brussel sprouts - I'd be a happy man!!Give them a try next evening you find yourself downtown!
