Being from Texas had to try Missouri barbecue and Gary did not disappoint. If this is what Missouri barbecue taste like I can fully respect the region. But don’t worry if that’s not your taste he has texas style brisket, nachos and quesadillas. So whatever you like he’s got you. A must stop.

The best best Breakfast Burrito! Loaded with juice meat! I had a sample of their brisket and ribs, so juice and well seasoned no sauce needed! Thank you for a great BBQ accessible for the truckers!

Billy Bob has the most amazing food ....Brisket outta this world Ribs to good to be true. His beans .... well I didn't put them down finished one setting. And his BBQ sauce I'd call it angels blood.If your a trucker stop on by when delivering to Springfield underground., he's just to the left of the check in. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
