Hands down TOP 2 place to get bbq in Springfield. It might even be my favorite over smokin Bob's. This place gets it right everytime. Their burnt ends are amazing and when they have It their tri-tip sandwich is phenomenal. Their homemade chips are the best in town hands down. If you're a bbq fan you have to make this a stop. Friendly staff & great service

If there were a fast food place that specialized in BBQ, and overcooked ribs, this place would have to improve drastically to become that fast food place! Terrible service, Terrible potato salad, Terrible ambience, and please don't give these people even 1 penny of your money! To be honest, the ribs tasted fine, but everything else SUCKED!

I enjoyed the Ozark Mountain burger and macaroni and cheese. The eye of round roast beef was tender and flavorful. The mac n cheese was bits of bacon and cheese sauce. Yum!

Great food. And great service. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and professional. Watching him handle others as I waited for my food I could tell he cares about his customers. I'm a flight attendant but whenever I'm in Springfield again I'll be back.

fried corn on the cob some of the best I've had. pulled pork was great. Chicken was good think shredding it would make it even better. Unfortunately they were out of brisket. overall great experience.

I love trying new places when I travel and Black Market Smokehouse was within walking distance to the hotel. Ordered brisket, chicken, jalapeno sausage, pit beans and chips. The brisket was super tender and moist with good crust. The jalapeno cheese sausage had good spice and the chips were awesome! Good find!

The food was AMAZING! The owner running the register was nice to talk to while we waited on our Food! The fried brussels were great especially since I don't even like brussel sprouts!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really enjoyed this place the first few times I visited but the last time I went in (Jan. 2021) the owner was there. He stood around the front of the store without a mask on, cussing and yelling about the delivery drivers (as another delivery driver stood waiting beside me). He then proceeded to lick his fingers several times to get the to-go bags apart before grabbing the food containers and placing them inside. I declined a to-go bag when my food was ready. I just can't believe the kind of unprofessionalism this guy was displaying in his own place of business. That coupled with the clear violation of restaurant food safety... blew my mind. I won't be giving this restaurant any more business. I suggest everyone else think twice before ordering from here as well. Such a shame, they have delicious food.

Order wrong, brisket dry, sausage over cooked, ribs well over cooked almost like jerky. Extremely slow service at off peak time. Can of soda was good.

Great food and friendly service. They have some creative entrees that you normally don't find in a bbq restaurant around this area. The Chicken and waffles are the best I've had. Will be back soon.

I am anticipating raising the rating to 5 after they move to their new location this spring. We had the Cajun and the French Dip. They were both excellent. Most people would like a beer with the BBQ so when they move south and add beer to their menu I will raise the rating to a 5 star. I’m not a Brussel Sprout fan but everybody says that they are the best here!
