My first time at a Braum's and I was delighted. The bacon cheeseburger was FAST, hot and delicious. Same price as a large sandwich at every other fast food chain but far superior. Also had a chocolate malt which was good but could have really used more malt for my personal taste. If I'm out & about, needing food in the midst of my errands Braum's is my new go-to. Highly recommend. I didn't stay for the atmosphere but giving 5 stars on that for the cleanliness of both the dining room and the restroom.

Love the Chocolate shakes.. All of their food is good & the only recommendations that I will share is just pay attention to the orders, when someone orders a sweat Tea not unsweat or Fries with NO Salt... But don't misunderstand, Braum's is REALLY GOOD.. Thank you for all you do.
Be warned, stingy boss. Today's Junior frozen yogurt cone didn't even peek over the top of the cake cone. We get this exact order weekly and have never seen such a pitiful cone. Employee said the boss made it, offered to replace it. The boss came back with the exact same size and told me that's the size. Not the kind of friendly customer service I'm accustomed to here. So sad, she must be new.

Everything was fine except for the girl that waited on me. I got a large shake and asked for a tall straw and she argued with me that the straw would be too long. She wasn't going to get me one! I insisted and she finally got me one and I put the straw in and out was the perfect height. So I don't know what her problem was.

Traveling through town, ordered breakfast on the go. Employee forgot gravy on my COUNTRY BREAKFAST WITH GRAVY. I called for a refund on the individual meal. I'm not back tracking 20 minutes just for gravy, however, they made a mistake and it should be corrected. The manager refused and then hung up on me.Called back to speak to the regional manager, and at this point, I'm pissed off. She again refused. Was extremely unprofessional.Even if we did go through that side of town again, we would NOT return to this location. Absolutely ridiculous fight.Also. Didn't give us forks. So we had to make a second stop at a gas station down the road for that.
