I order from here 3-5 nights a week...some for delivery some pickup but after today will never order again from ANY CASEYS! The cheese pizza was fully cooked and my wings were bot delivered with the sauces that I was charged extras for. Huge disappointment honestly and total waste of money!!! Dont waste ur money nor time GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Stopped to use restroom,4/9/24 about 1:00 pm. It was really nasty ?. The store was dirty and shelves we scarce of stock. Wouldn't recommend stopping there again. I've been to many Casey's never experienced this before.

Never has food or it old, employee never doing the job just hanging out talking or smoking outside and nothing is stocked one machine was dumping water on the floor I had to say something why why just talking away and the other person is just wanting to go smoke worst store in Springfield locations this was on 4-1-2024

My service was amazing! I went in a few nights ago (around 11 pm) a shorter girl with blonde hair offered to make what I wanted put out. Me and my boyfriend were talking about popcorn chicken and she offered to make it for us so we could buy it! She was very attentive and asked us if there was anything else she could get us ?

My boyfriend and I stopped in here last night. I was going through some things, and there was the sweetest cashier....I didn't catch her name, but she was about 4'10" and blonde, maybe mid 20s. She was so friendly and sweet to us, and she said something that absolutely changed my whole mindset and made me feel human again (I know, so cheesy, but it's real!)....my man and i remarked how friendly and accommodating she was, and she said, "It costs nothing to be kind, and you never know what someone is going through," and genuinely acted like waiting on us was the highlight of her night.Girl I don't know your name, but thank you from both of us, because you really lifted me up when I was awfully down. I felt like I wasn't alone, and my boyfriend couldn't stop smiling when he saw how much you brightened my night..<3 Someone make this girl store manager or nominate her for sainthood!

10/09/23... I purchased a can of tobacco, and upon opening it, the inside of the lid was rusty. The chew was expired by one day. I asked cashier for a can that was not expired or rusty, ( surprised she heard me since she was on a personal call), but she explained rudely, "next time to not open the can". Don't sell expired products with rust in them. Being on the phone,rude, and selling expired products... I'll give you 5 negative stars.
I was going to kill time and get something to drink while my friends busy nearby. this Casey's is so suspicious of everybody I've been asked twice if I need any help when looking at all the drinks and for the bathroom. Forget the drink! Don't treat me like I'm trash!

If I could give 0 stars I would.There's this new guy who's working there... I think his name was Brandon, short skinny guy with glasses, I overheard him making awful comments about a few ladies weight and as a plus size woman it made me sick to hear, made me feel very uncomfortable and end my shopping without checking out. I will never be going to this location ever again and it makes me really question spending my money at any Casey's locations if this is the type of people they're hiring

Doesn't know how to make their own taco pizza....losers. delivered without: cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, salsa, refried beans, and tomatoes. So I got an expensive hamburger pizza. And, not surprisingly, will not answer the phone when called.

Disgusting store, it's so understaffed and the workers they do have seem too stressed out to care about the customers. I used to come in everyday but after today I'm never coming back, it's a waste of my time. Do better!!!!

Ahhhhhh yeah here we go alright there is a manager up in that Casey’s with name the of Brandon I think he is newish but I heard him fat shame 3 woman in the time frame I was there to buy a coffee. Get that man outta there
