Very good Orange Chicken. I wish the fried rice would've have more egg in it. I liked the egg roll but think an egg roll and crab rangoon should be included with the price however they do give a large portion of rice.The restaurant was very clean. I noticed that very first thing I walked in, and the bathrooms are very clean also.

Food is great, if you can ever get an order placed. I’ve been calling for over a month now at least once a week to order food, and they immediately say, “Can you please hold?” I’ll wait and wait and wait and they’ll never come back to the phone. I’ve actually only successfully placed one order over the phone. When I did, it was a 45 minute wait. For Chinese food???? Come on. Will not be returning and will not recommend.

The food is good, the rice ISN'T fried even though the menu says it is, check your takeout order before leaving because something will be missing. If you get a refund for a missing item you paid for, you have thirty days to use it! Ha! They're happy to take your money but don't like making it right.

Sadly our last visit. Girls at the front counter are very rude. Asked for extra sauce on the side. Was told it would be 4.00 cause they only sold as large. Small scoop on food was .75. Why the small scoop couldn’t be put in a small container… no idea. Crab Rangoon was tiny. 26.00 dollars for one person meal plus 2 egg rolls (which were also extra charge not available as a combo)is ridiculous. Looking for an affordable Chinese restaurant with good food and friendly staff. This is no longer the that !

Would be 5 stars if they hired more staff to deal with the constant order backlog. They are constantly 20 orders out of any new orders. They can definitely afford to double the kitchen staff.Other than that, great place. Staff is friendly and polite. Food is great. Hire more people or make a second location!I pickup grubhub orders from here sometimes, and even if I arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled time (because the previous driver dropped the order) it's always an extra 15-45 minutes.

We used to live on the southwest side of Springfield and ate here often. About 6 years ago we moved to Strafford but we still made the 30 minute drive about 4 times a year. After tonight, never again. They left noodles out of one of our meals which I didn't discover until I got home. I called them and expected they would refund the portion of the meal that the noodles would have cost. The manager told me that I could either make the 30 minute drive back to get the noodles, or he could give me a credit for the noodles that I would have to use within 30 days. It is unacceptable that I have a choice to either pay for food I didn't get or make a 30 minute trip in a short amount of time to be compensated for it. It just shows they don't care about their customers. We have a LOT of choices a LOT closer to us. We spend $60-80 about 4 times a year there. You won't miss my $280 a year, but you won't get it back either, all over a serving of noodles. The Tokyo Hibachi in Marshfield is a little better quality food for the same price point, AND a lot closer. We tried to be loyal to you, and you told me you didn't care through your non- actions.

I always get the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, and the food always gets to my table VERY FAST. I like how the place looks a lot better than it did many years ago, it used to look like a Chinese food place you'd find in an alley way. The wok has the best Chinese food I've ever tasted in my life.
